ETH has already reached the bottom. It is still one of the biggest existing coins with a huge community. It wont die anytime soon for sure and I saw many experts predicting it at 2k+ mid 2019

I would suggest you to go to coinmarketcap.com and go to the 2nd and 3rd page. Then pick some pandom coins and read their Whitepaper. The ones with biggest community and potential will have a high chance to rise even more than 10x in the next bullrun.
