4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why aren't there more women in Bitcoin? on: January 24, 2018, 03:14:02 PM
Take a look around the crypto community, both in meatspace and online, and it would be fair to say that the majority of participants are male. This is borne out in a recent survey of 2,000 Americans which shed light on the makeup of the bitcoin space, highlighting a stark gender divide. In fact Google Analytics data estimates less than 4% of bitcoin users to be female. The question is, why?

Source: https://news.bitcoin.com/why-arent-there-more-women-in-bitcoin/?utm_source=Why

I believed that women are more likely to enjoy having time on their own and together with friends or if there's an special someone than doing this kind of stuff. Some of them tend to keep on handling their appearance, manners etc to improve their beautification from the point of view of the other person. Aside from that, they are more likely to go out to buy some stuffs like clothes, accessories, make-ups, sandals and more.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which Bitcoin wallet are you using? on: January 23, 2018, 10:06:41 AM
Bitcoin wallet is like a bank account, you can get Bitcoin, store them and then send them to others. There are two main types of wallets: a wallet software that you can install on your PC or mobile device. You have complete control over your Bitcoin, but sometimes it's difficult to install and maintain.
I am using Electrum to keep my Bitcoin because my friends told me its the best Bitcoin wallet until now. And you, which wallet are you using?

I'm using blockchain.org and coins.ph since my classmates told me that this is what they were using as their wallet.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: January 22, 2018, 02:34:26 PM
What would you do when you're talking to someone but then he suddenly talks about his hatred on Bitcoin, what would you react to it?

I've never actually experienced anything like this before, I just want to be prepared when it happened to me.

Maybe one of the possible reasons why is they still don't know yet about bitcoin so you must explain explain lots of necessary information about it. If they really hate bitcoin, then you have nothing else to do, just let them be and be quiet. You will just respect them.
7  Other / Off-topic / Re: How did you come up with your forum username? on: December 28, 2017, 06:19:11 AM
It's quite interesting on how and where did you get those usernames. And sometimes other guys out there has some catchy and quite funny PM signatures. Last time I was browsing out here in this forum I saw a legendary member here that has a very unique avatar lickin his own tits and i couldn't get over it. Grin

some users usually don't bother themselves on thinking of their usernames they will used. As for me, it is actually the name of my niece.

9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: November 18, 2017, 08:31:31 AM
Bitcoin is difficult to explain. I also felt difficulties in understanding bitcoin for the firs time. Let's share how to explain bitcoin to children of teenagers. In My country I can say 98% children don't know bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin can be future money. If the children not familiar with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, how can they face the digital era in the future.

I also feel the same way but children doesn't have to know this for the meantime since all they know were about to play etc. As for teenager, I think it might be a good idea since these people were inclined to techonologies and besides they were mature enough to understand this. If we were having a hard time to explain this on them, then let's make them believe us by using proof on what or how they can get earn money through hard works of posting, joining in campaigns etc so that they there might be the possibility they will become interested.
10  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are bitcoins only for the educated and knowledgeable people only? on: November 17, 2017, 12:52:50 PM
For me, it isn't. We have different talent and knowledge on how we give and do stuff that we love. Bitcoins are for everyone and we have the chance to try or even have this to earn and save money for our future.

How about you guys? Is it only for the educated and knowledgeable people only?

same goes for me. We don't have the rights to tell who can only use bitcoin because it is for everyone. Educated, knowledgeable or not, we do all deserve to use since there's no one who told us who can only use and since it is easy to know and gain some knowledge with regards in this. It might be an advantage for educated people because they can make a better post than the others but what matter is, being involved on this has the same goal which is to earn money. Also, it is just a matter of skills on how we will handle this bitcoin.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the advantages of having Bitcoin? on: November 15, 2017, 01:04:04 PM
The only thing I know about Bitcoin is that it is a virtual 'money' but what are the other use of it? What are your advantages for having a bitcoin?  Roll Eyes

You're right. Actually, there are many advantages of having bitcoin. We all knew that bitcoin is one of the way of earning or making money online with the use of gadgets. Another one is, it makes an easier online transactions and it has something to do on our own because it develops our skills and teaches us on how to invest more.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: November 14, 2017, 07:20:15 AM
Hi guys Smiley May I know what are your plans on your Bitcoin in the future? Do you plan to keep on investing on Bitcoin related businesses or do plan to convert it into fiat and ventures on new business?

I'm planning to invest more on Bitcoin related companies and convert some of my Bitcoin into fiat and invest it on our local stock market. How about you?

Yes, Even though I'm still new here but having business is not my priority at all whenever I gained bitcoins. I think I will keep or save it for the mean time, then I'll wait for the value of bitcoin to increase. After that, I'll use it for my needs as well as for my family and our daily expenses.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: November 09, 2017, 02:53:12 PM
Bitcoin is the future of money, or so they say.

I would like to hear your opinions on Why should people use Bitcoin?

People should use bitcoin because it can be their option for earning money through just posting and it has the fastest way of transaction fees. Since this generation, the millenials are inclined to technologies so why not used them and use bitcoin. In that way, bitcoin may be the one of your way of living because bitcoin is now slowly changing the world.

Handling anger is important life skill that's right

I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.

I wish we could have an eternal life so that there's nothing to worry about especially your loved ones. Seeing my parents everyday would be the happiest moment of my life. And so that going back in the past wouldn't occur

19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is changing the world. on: October 23, 2017, 08:26:35 PM
Bitcoin is changing the way we live.
Bitcoin is changing the way we do business.
Bitcoin is changing the way we travel and save our assets.
Bitcoin and blockchain technology has open new doors for people to do business with one another without the intervention of third parties.

What do you make of this, huh? Share with us what you think. thanks Smiley

Yes, it's no doubt that bitcoin is changing the world. In fact, the way we live has really changed particularly when dealing with businesses. Our lives has been put into a better situation and not only on our own but as well for the country in which bitcoin really helps those who are unemployed. Bitcoin is like an opportunity that you have to grab.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: September 09, 2017, 04:08:51 AM
Are you a bitcoin fan?
Do you spend a lot of time on bitcoin? Reading news, trading, or even writing your own analysis.
But how did you first hear about bitcoin?
Is it some articles you read about? Or just from a friend who has traded bitcoin for a long time?

Share your experience with us. Grin

I'm not a fan of bitcoin but I want to know more about it. I'm reading some threads regarding this and it's a big help for me since I just started last month. I heard about bitcoin from my classmates because they always talked about it. At first, I wasn't interested at all but as the time passes by, most of my classmates in the class were now in bitcoin. This makes me a little bit curious so I asked them how does it works. And since one of my close friend invite me in btc, I've decided to take a look and join.
