1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [MOON] Mooncoin 🌙 built in 2013 with the future in mind on: January 16, 2021, 04:28:52 PM
Would anyone be interested in selling some MoonCoin for BTC, LTC, ETH, FJC or another crypto?

I know there are some exchanges, but they are either hacked, trading pairs that are not useful or require irksome KYC.

I'm looking to buy around 50 million and could pay the crypto equivalent of $200. Anyone interested?  Smiley

There's a problem with the windows wallet version 1.6.6.7. It gets stuck at block 956987. I downloaded the bootstrap, this works fine. Wallet syncs up to block 956987 then further blocks get rolled back to 956987 with an error in the log saying:

04/10/19 06:50:16 ERROR: CheckProofOfStake() : INFO: read txPrev failed
04/10/19 06:50:16 WARNING: ProcessBlock(): check proof-of-stake failed for block

Eventually the chain starts downloading again, and this failure repeats over and over. I have a copy of the blockchain past this point on a separate machine. I've heard this has also happened to other POS coins, and the solution is to update the bootstrap file (which is currently quite old btw)

Thanks

EDIT: So I've downloaded 1.6.6.7b and the new bootstrap. Now it only makes it to block 820988 before the same problem occurs.

I'm invested in MOON and a bit worried about the lack of apparent dev activity. There used to be a strong proactive dev team behind Mooncoin. What's going on these days? Thanks though to those who are willing to contribute to the CE ransom. Much appreciated.

What's going on with Coinexchange? This needs to be sorted as soon as possible.

What's going on with Mooncoin? Why is it INACTIVE on CoinExchange? Have the patches to the exploit problem affecting bitcoin and alts been applied to Mooncoin yet? Where is the development team?
6  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yobit SCAM !!!! EXCHANGE + SCAM ICO + DEAD WALLETS + NEXT CRYPTSY [Boycott] on: September 17, 2018, 02:24:33 AM
They have scammed me too.  I had 1.1 milliion FJC sat in there for a while and tried to withdraw it to a valid address two weeks ago. It never arrived, instead sitting at 0/20 confirmations the whole time. Now, perhaps for complaining, they have banned my account.

There is absolutely NO support at Yobit, so if this happens to you, your coins are GONE. There are reports that Yobit never updated their FJC wallet to the new chain, and this is the case also for many other coins at Yobit.

Stay away from this exchange. It is a rudderless ship, and it looks like they are harvesting people's withdrawals, probably with the intention of disappearing forever very much like Cryptsy did a few years ago.

AVOID YOBIT. IT IS A SCAM.  Sad Sad Angry Sad Angry Sad
7  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yobit scammed his clients - no withdrawal - no support - no nothing on: September 17, 2018, 02:17:16 AM
They have scammed me out of 1.1 million FJC. Withdrawal stuck in a black hole for two weeks then my account is banned for complaining. The only 'support' seems to be trolls who laugh at you in the trollbox if you point out your problem. This exchange is outright THEFT.

STAY AWAY FROM YOBIT.  Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad

YOBIT is a scam. They stole 1 million FJC from me via their broken withdrawal system. After a week of trying to get it back, they have banned my account for complaining too much. If you try to mention the problems in the trollbox, you get laughed at then banned.

This site is a disgusting scam run by thieves. I really, really hope something awful happens to them soon.
9  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1000+ ETH blocked: Yobit.net won't explain or resolve on: September 15, 2018, 05:38:40 AM
I have 1 million FJC stuck in limbo on Yobit. Withdrawal never processed, then they banned my account for complaining about it. YOBIT are scamming everyone.
10  Economy / Scam Accusations / Scammed by YOBIT - 1 million FJC stuck forever and NO SUPPORT REPLIES on: September 15, 2018, 05:18:23 AM
I want to share my experience of being scammed by YOBIT to warn everyone out there not to go near this site, which is at the moment basically run by thieves who will outright steal your money if you are unlucky enough to deposit it in there.

I had more than 1 million FJC (currently worth about 0.05 btc but historically worth much more) held in YOBIT account (username TurpentineEnema) for some months. Last week I got round to withdrawing it. I put in my correct address: FpfT296MAMSXZQcdxKt8unsJx19LFqXsuP and all seemed OK, to begin with. Yes, my username is dumb but I never knew I'd need to deal with support in any major way.

24 hours later - stuck at 0/20 confirmations. I contacted support. No reply. I also tried asking for help in the comment box. No reply.

More than a week later, still stuck at 0/20 confirmations. No replies. After doing some digging, it appears that Yobit have never even upgraded their FJC wallet from the old 2.0 chain, and so it is basically functioning as a zombie exchange for FJC at the moment. On the FJC Slack there is a thread dedicated to the problems with Yobit, and it appears that some users have had their coins stuck for months now with no reply from support.

Today, I tried to log in and Yobit have now banned me, presumably for complaining too much. So it appears that Yobit do have admins who can ban people, but who are not willing to deal with the withdrawal problems which at this stage amount to outright theft.

I would urge everyone to STAY AWAY FROM YOBIT. They will steal your coins, and goodness only knows what shady misery you are funding by putting your money into this site. I hope that law enforcement catches up with them soon.
11  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: YOBIT Scam Exchange on: September 15, 2018, 05:09:22 AM
They have scammed me big time too. I had more than 1,000,000 FJC in there and tried to withdraw it to the address FpfT296MAMSXZQcdxKt8unsJx19LFqXsuP last week. Withdrawal was stuck at 0/20 confirmations all week and I was onto support trying to get help. Yobit never reply to support tickets, ever. I tried getting help in the trollbox and none was forthcoming, but they did have the admin ability to block access to my account. So not it looks like my million FJC are gone.

Stay away from Yobit. This site is run by thieves.

Hello, it's MoonWhale here. My old account was hacked unfortunately.

Anyway, just came here to say it loud and clear: "Do NOT USE YOBIT!"

They have nicked more than 1 million FJC from me. I'm not happy at all.

I would like to see FujiCoin succeed. Is there any FujiCoin address where I can donate to this project?
