Weekly Update 4/23/2014.
Datacenter:
We are up to 64.34 Th/s and expect by the end of the month to be around ~170 TH/s. Everything is in place to expand our hash rate to this level.
VMC:
We have announced our Gold Rush boards and have had a very positive response. We are now training and switching our help to do more shipping than build of the mine.
We have 100 Gold Rush boards in stock for immediate shipping. We have worked out the logistics for this.
So within a week (7-days - 04/30/14) we will be at 170 TH/s correct? Can you update the site and add the Gold Rush product to the catalog? If you can post pictures on this thread i am sure it will help us with marketing. |

Great news. How will this affect sales of the Prospector? Can VMC handle the logistics if this becomes a popular item seeing as there have been many issues with the small amount of Prospector boards sold so far? Will any of these boards be added to the mining farm? The problem with the logistics is that our people have been working on our mining farm. After the mining farm is built, then there should not be a problem. Can you share specific information in regards to how much more hash power is going to be added? A detailed time line would be great. Are we going to be using the new Gold Rush mining card for our farms from here on out? Please let us know. Thanks. |

Weekly Update 4/16/2014
Datacenter is up to ~42 TH/s and we have added a 150 Kva transformer for more power. We have ordered more equipment and racks and our next expansion will be 5 more racks at ~12.5 TH/s each bringing our total to ~100 TH/s.
VMC: We now have in stock our Gold Rush mining card which is a ~750 GH/s card, these will be available on our website soon.
MSD Investigation: I will be talking with our legal council as to what action I can take with the shares in the next few weeks. I know everyone is ready to start trading; however, I am in a difficult position at the moment. I am working on solutions to this problem. Long term for shareholders, I think CC is the answer.
When is the 100TH going to go online? When can you double that to 200TH? When are we going to put the Gold Rush mining cards online? You need to close out CT and CS and put our shares on Havelock so we can all trade shares. You need to pay out dividends as soon as possible. Make this your priority. |

Soon, we have one part that was on backorder, holding us up. We will have the part in on Friday morning. It is Monday morning and i see we are still hashing at half of the 60TH. Will this be taking place today to double up our hashrate? When do you see us putting up more power after the 60TH has been reached? |

Ken when will shares go live?
Have you verified your shares yet? What do you mean by "verified"? Does Ken not know who owns shares in his company? What about "Ukyo's shares", of which Ken clearly claimed to know the ownership when he dumped them on the exchange where those shares, among others, are still trading? They have to be verified and matched to the users CT account. I know the horse has been beaten to death. But have you put much thought into Havelock? It's been around longer than CT and AMC wouldn't be one of the only companies on the exchange. I have thought about Havelock. I feel that that same thing that happen to bitfunder is going to happen to Havelock. Edit: I think either on of these is just a stop gap until CC are ready. I think for the time being Havelock would be a good choice. Please get us trading Ken. Thanks. |

Here is the update about the case that so many people have been waiting for.
In Italy is now pending a criminal investigation against Alberto Armandi for the facts pertaining the Labcoin operation.
Fabrizio and Alessia Tatti's position in the case is under scrutiny by investigating authorities.
Since we filed the complaint our lawyer has had one meeting with the Public Attorney associate head office and one phone meeting with the police officer handling the investigation.
At the first meeting Public Attorney Office got interested in the matter and stated that they will do a thorough investigation, he also gave us free hands to call upon the police officer who handles the case with any new information we may stumble upon.
In the second meeting over the phone, the Police confirmed that our assertions contained into the criminal complaint has been confirmed, and stated that Alberto is currently living abroad.
The Police have asked us to help them in tracking Albertos activities on the internet, so everyone keep your eyes open for any posts or other activities that Alberto does, please contact me with any information you may have.

Data Center Update: 4/5/2014
We are continuing to bring up machines in our data center; however, we won't have the air conditioning running until next week, so this may limit us to the number of TH we can put on line this week.
Shipping of products:
Due to bring the Data Center online on Thursday and Friday we did not ship any products. We will continue shipping starting on Monday the 7th.
Can you let us know when the AC will be running? Early or late next week? Also, when will you finish up the verification of shares so we can start trading? Thanks. |

If I were to buy a miner, from a company that had delays (all of them, VMC, BFL, and Avalon), I would demand to physically take delivery and pay cash in-place. Or no deal.

Adding 100 more cards for sale from our mining farm due to the delay in getting our step down transformers installed. We will be adding back these 100 cards from our next production run in 2 weeks. As of today we have the 100TH in hand; however, we are working on getting the 480 3 phase power stepped down to 240/120. The miners take a lot of power in a small space. As soon as we get the power step down equipment installed and running the miners you will start to see the hash rate increase in our Eligius mining account address.
When do you expect to get the power step down equipment installed and running? Will this be done before the end of March? Please give us your estimated date of when this will happen and when our 100TH will be hashing. Yes, we might do this. I will be looking at this as soon as we get the mining up and running.
Please get us trading as soon as possible. It has been several months now. We are still working on development of our own chip.

Can you give us specifics on who is working on the chips and when we might hit certain deadlines. Weekly Update 3/26/2014
AMC Mining:
We have completed the signing of our lease for our ~3,700 sq feet datacenter. The datacenter has 2 480 Volt 250 amp 3 phase power supplies, plus a backup generator which supplies the same amount, the air conditioning has it own power supply. we are in the process of bringing this datacenter online with ~100 TH of mining equipment. We also expect to increase to 200 TH within 4 weeks after bringing up the first 100 TH. The datacenters power and air conditioning can easily support up to 800 TH of mining equipment. We are planning on adding 100 TH per month until we reach the maximum above.
Shares:
We want to get share trading up and running on Colored Coins as soon as it is safe and legal to do so.
VMC:
VMC will be issuing a press release in the near future.
Mining Farm Can you let us know when you expect to have the first 100TH online? That way we can gauge when the 200TH and the 300TH will be up and running. You are saying you are going to be adding 100TH per month so as long as we know when you expect to have the first set of 100TH machines up it will give us a roadmap of when to expect more hashing power to come online. Shares You are not going to give access to our shares anytime in the near feature? Who knows when it will be safe and legal to do so. I think you need to think about this and work with the shareholders who's shares are held hostage. Get us trading on Crypto-Trade temporarily and then move to the best platform (Colored Coins) when it is safe for the long term. Chips What is going on with the development of our own chips? Can you share details of what is going on with this? We need more information about what is the progress we have made so far and what we plan to accomplish the next few months. Please share as much information as you can. |

The only way canning the 55nm makes sense is if the 28nm are on the same schedule... like... within 6 weeks of the 55nm timeframes... here's hoping this is the good news.
I feel the same way. This is the only good news we should be expecting from Ken this month. If this is not the good news he is talking about i will be very disappointed. |

I am trying to remain silent and optimistic but it is tough. I was looking forward to progress and mining with our own chips. Now, it looks like we are delayed again. I am losing faith in Ken at the moment. He has not hit any goals thus far. He tells us we are heading in the right direction but he has nothing concrete to show us. It looks like we are still far away from having chips and hashing. Aside from that, he has not been able to get us trading on the exchange for months now. He has not presented us with anything to keep us confident. It feels like he is buying time and stringing us along. =(
