1  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Organizing CardReaderFactory Lancelot Group Purchase (Goal 100+ Units) on: May 02, 2013, 05:30:05 PM
2 units if there's a trusted escrow as well as this company being legit. No previous feedback on these yet I believe.

I'm in for 1 on this same condition, let me know

can we get a screenshot of the invoice#, that seems to be what matters for the queue order, not the order number
5  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Butterfly Labs just sent me an update e-mail! on: May 02, 2013, 05:17:58 AM
If you're in processing status, you're fine.  IF you ordered after April 3rd 2013, you don't need to confirm.

thank you josh, good to know

If you have NoScript or other script blocker, it will prevent the popup.

I didn't confirm (no popup) but I'm already in "processing" status. Is this because I only ordered recently (after the price increase) and so I don't actually need to re-confirm anything?

same situation here, tried on multiple browsers many times and no pop-ups but says processing but also ordered recently. confirmation on whether or not this is the case by Josh would be nice before a fill bfl's inbox with confirmation requests

Hmm, not sure where it's being generated from then.  I'm not sure how to trigger it locally here.

It probably generates that message when the site dies when they tried to hit accept:

If we're not getting any dialogue box at all, is that still just server overload or what?
When I hit accept, it didn't show me that dialogue box and disappeared and worked fine. My orders changed to processing.

My order says processing but I never clicked accept on anything, no box appears when I log on. I'm pretty sure my order has been at processing the whole time though so I still dont think mine is confirmed.

Wouldn't it just be the one not giving off the same amount of heat?
10  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Should I cancel my BFL 4/2/2013 Order? on: April 30, 2013, 06:16:21 PM
BFL = Big Foolish Lumps

Cancel the order, buy GPUs and mine Litecoin. ASICs will kill BTC anyway. ASICs will inevitably cause the centralisation of control and kill BTC just like it did fiat.

You realize that there are probably 50-100k people between the ones who have ordered from BFL, and the ones that are part of a chip buy from Avalon?

Asics are not causing centralization.

Unless a larger portion of any of these orders are all people mining at the same pool
11  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to use my CPU and my GPU together with CGMINER on: April 29, 2013, 06:45:26 PM
That small difference really wouldn't be worth the electricity you'd be wasting by running the cpu and the gpu
12  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to find sending adress in Bitcoin Wallet QT ? on: April 29, 2013, 06:25:26 PM
That's just your bitcoin wallet address (found when you click receive coins). When received by the other party it will show up as sent by that number. He is just asking you to copy and paste it again in the thread so he can keep better track of it.
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can someone help me reach the minimum threshold at a pool? on: April 29, 2013, 05:48:28 PM
So rather than mining on your own you just want others to give you bitcoins?
14  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hello on: April 29, 2013, 05:45:33 PM
Figured I'd jump in and say hello as well
