No, of course not. I use these cards in gaming PCs. As I said in my previous posts... Not possible to use these cards even with 800 MHz memclock so it has to be lowered in bios of the card directly to 700 MHz. And I am not able to find the tool to change those values in the cards so the value is saved in the card itself. |

As I tried Overdriventool - it did not change values in card's bios unfortunately so this software would have to be installed on each PC (which I don't want). Do you have any idea? |

hello guys. I have a lot of VEGA 64 LIQUID cards, unfortunately they are not able to handle the stocks VRAM frequencies (945 MHz). I had to force flash VEGA 56 bios (800 MHz), some of them are working, but some need even lower VRAM frequency 700 MHz. If I set it in MSI Afterburner to 700 MHz, everything is working. Can you help me to find the way how to modify BIOS directly to set 700 MHz so no overclock software is needed?
Is there any app useful to mod this frequency into VEGA 56 BIOS to 700 MHz? Thanks a lot for your help! Lukas
Are you using overdirventool? No I changed frequency using MSI Afterburner. But it needs to be installed on the PC. I checked Overdriventool, it looks perfect, but it seems it does not modify those frequencies in a card's bios directly. When I apply the max vram frequency to 700 MHz, it works ok, but in different PC the card has stock clocks again. So in order to have max frequency 700 MHz, either MSI Afterburner or this Overdriventool have to be used. I need the solution to modify those values directly in the card. Thanks a lot for any help! |

Hello! Does Phoenixminer support the "zombie mode" which is implemented in another miners (like lolminer) so we will be able to mine with reduced speed even in early January 2021? I just upgraded from 5.1 to 5.3b using Linux (Ethos) and speed reduced from 28.5 MH to 26.5 MH per one 570RX 4GB card... Any solution for this how? Thanks a lot for your help!!

even with 5.3b no more ETH mining is available on 4GB card right now

Is 5.2d available for Linux as well? I'll have to use zombie mode for my 4GB cards as well to be able to mine ETChash. Is it possible yet?

Hi guys, there is an experimental mode in lolminer so you will be able to mine even with the 4GB cards for more than 2 months plus. Do you plan anything similar with Phoenix so I don't have to switch to lolminer on December? Thanks!
lolminer-v1.11 (Added experimental ZOMBIE mode for 4G AMD GPUs Fiji & Polaris. This allow continue mining Ethash above the 4G DAG size limit with some time memory trade of. This allows efficient ETH mining until ~February in Linux.

Guys, since update to 5.0b (and yesterday 5.0e), I've been experiencing cards RX570 4GB going to 0 hashrate. Randomly. I am not able to get the rigs stable, cards are just crashing to zero hashrate. Running it under Ethos. Any ideas how to solve the issue, please? |

Be sure you not sending the whole amount of funds you have, so there can be some left for transaction fee.
Try sending amount that will remain some for transaction fee and see what happens
As I know, this is not his case. Although his wallet show the full amount, he can only send out max. few bucks. The rest is somewhere stuck in the coin swap... The problem isn't cause by an insufficient funds for a transaction fee. |

It is not dual, but is good, cause you don’t loose more than 1-2 min mining every ~2 hours
Try it and make you calcs, you’ll see that ZIL will pay the electric bills
Ah, now I understand, thank you! It seems there is a huge profitability during the 2-minute window every 2 hours, isn't it! I need to do some calculations, but I am not able find a profitability calculator - the one I found is https://www.cryptostar.asia/calculator/Zilliqa but I am not sure about an accuracy. Rig from 6 gpus would earn $10 a month - not sure if this calculation is by nonstop mining or by 2-minute window every 2 hours. |

No is not minable with Clay, but you normally run Clay, even in dual, and start ZIL mining You set a start pow / stop pow mining procedure Approx every 2 hours your miner will stop, 1-2 minutes will mine ZIL and than start again mining with Clay In the folder where is the ZIL miner allocated you have to put 3 different bat files, here is my example: start.bat C:\MINER\Clay_v12_0\start.bat startZIL.bat zilminer.exe --pow-start stop.bat --pow-end start.bat --clear-dag -P zil://0xblablablaMyZILwallet.nameRig@207.180.192.43:4202 stop.bat taskkill /f /im EthDcrMiner64.exe But this is not dual mining... I was searching for any coin, like we used to mine Decred or SIA with Claymore Dual, when the non-used parts of the GPU are being used be the second coin... Is there any these days? Or dualmining is gone? |
