Hi devs, the mining difficulty auto-adjust feature on pool.votecoin.site doesn't work well. Chain you please change it to allow me to set my own static difficulty?
Running a rig at 3000 sol/s, the difficulty auto-adjusts too high to where I only submit 1 share every 25 sec avg. I prefer every 3-4 sec avg. If this is currently possible then how do I do it?
Also, you claim that your pool is PPLNT but in practice it looks to actually be PPS. Can you clarify the details?

So if 0.1 BTC purchases 33,333 votecoin then each votecoin is worth 333 sat (approx $0.01). As of this posting 28.46 BTC has been raised out of their expected 200 BTC estimate. Ouch.

haha nice. selling 1 VOT for 1000 BTC. So easy to monipulate the market. Friendly reminder that the value of a coin is derived from the lowest selling price and/or the highest buying price. So why you all may think you're being clever the value still remains at somewhere between 1000-2000 sat max.

Wowww, that value dropped fastttt. Looks like votecoin isn't profitable after all.

Selling Votecoin at 0.00003580 sat. PM me

miners holding the coins are investors too Paying the rig electricity bill is pouring money into the project. we should get some reward too There are only 10 days left till the end of VoteCoin ICO! If you plan to invest please do so at https://votecoin.siteRemember that we are going to distribute all pre-mined VOT coins, no matter how much BTC we collect from investors - coins unsold at the end date of ICO will be distributed between all investors in proportion to their purchased value. So if we do not reach our 200 BTC goal, all participants may expect huge VOT bonus at the end! Is it only for investors or for miners too? ^_^ Good point !! I think that also who mined and contribute to the chain would be happy to have a bonus! I agree with that point, to make miners take part in this bonus event would be nice. Absolutelly right! At 21st October will be about 4 Million VOT mined. And unsold VOTs would be good to partially distribute between miners. For example half of unsold coins to ICO investors and half of unsold coins to miners proportiaonally their VOT balances White paper has already been written. They can't change the rules now or they'd get dropped and sued by all the ICO purchasers.

LuckPool.org has recently added VoteCoin to its list of equihash coins. LuckPool features a "Miner's Jackpot" where the block finder gets a fixed amount of the block + their share percent. The Miner's Jackpot is ~8% of the block reward or 10 VOTE coins. Enjoy and Happy Hashing http://luckpool.org/PSA luckpool sucks and is easily manipulated. Unless your ping is very low, like under 10ms, stay away. So a high ping makes u able to manipulate pools? Ahahah, can u please go back to minecraft please, u search for the wrong type of mining... Been mining with Luckpool for 3 months now, only had 1 issue with 1 rig that kept disconnecting, and I was helped out by hellcatz and he fixed my issue... Do you not know how luckpool works? There is a finder's reward that goes to whoever finds the block. This can be manipulated. There is something I can do on my end to make me more likely to "find" the block than you, even if we both have the same hashrate. If you don't know how to do this, then you are getting yourself screwed by using luckpool. Having a *low* ping makes this easier to manipulate, not a high ping like you said above.

is it normal that hashes are so rarely on my rig 8x1060? (On ZCash practically all my log about accepter shares) Yeah that's normal. Ideally we'll get a way to set the difficulty in the pool. As of now I don't think that's an option.

i did it and after double click .bat i get the blinking cursor then a second line appears saying paused then next line says press any key to continue....
im using: The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M is your performance-class graphics card with 4GB GDDR5 discrete memory. got this off the product description. I don't think the problem is the CWI miner then. You have confirmed that this card can successfully mine other coins and other algorithms in general, right? Sorry I can't be of more help.

oh sorry, the command line was as follows:
cwigm -c dnr -u myusername -p mypassword --lodiff
thanks
What GPU(s)? To me it sounds like you're clicking on the miner exe file, when you're supposed to click on the bat file. If I'm wrong, then add "pause" to the end of your bat file to assess the command lines.
