CHN is having a high diff Tongue

by the way, this premined thing is still alive?

can you confirm the premine? or you wish it was a premine?

I was in the minute ZERO, i am using linux and windows, but hours before release i was trying to compile this shit coin to try to help as i liked the idea of merge mine. In the last minutes, as u didnt decide to delay the release, i thought u were having the windows client ready, so i didnt switch to linux. And then... ale hop! sources ready only for linux. Pretty sure, u were having the client ready to run. SO YES , PREMINED, and the support is having this shit coin is the proof

2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Noirbits Launched!!!!! on: June 12, 2013, 10:10:23 PM
well, in windows is not 3 commands cause u need the libraries in order, libraries u cant get from a magical apt-get, and anyway you need to edit the .pro because it is set to compile with in linux.

So it is not the same.

I could switch to linux, do a git and a make but as i saw this unfair release i didnt even care. Nobody was forcing you to release it that day, was your decision to leave MOST of users without the option to mine it with diff 0 (and as it was your decision, it was your plan => premine)

by the way, i am actually no mining this shit, i would even mine CHN before it.

Premined is one of your favorite phrases isn't it? Almost every post in every thread you post in you are accusing someone of it. Well I guess even a broken clock is right at least twice a day...

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Argentum DEV, SHAME ON YOU!!!! on: June 12, 2013, 05:34:41 AM
Premined 200,000 COINS!!! And copy exact code from Luckycoin for the random part without attach the Luckycoin copyright notes, SHAME ON YOU!!!!

For those who believed no premine: the 1st block has 200,000 coins! Check the code yourself!

Considering the "hidden" premine was on the first post in the thread.....

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [LTC] Litecoin = ASIC resistant is a lie! on: June 12, 2013, 05:33:32 AM
Just finished reading all the posts here and I'm left with one question: What was the point of this thread again? I'm pretty new here and this is not even the first time I've seen this subject posted in the last little while.

I can't see the point as well. It seems some people can't use search...

Exactly, and no one has ever denied the possibility or plausibility of such machines, just the practicality of the implementation of same. There's a ton of stuff that's 'possible' but not financially viable. For instance, I could go out and spend all of my cash and savings on lottery tickets and possibly win, and even have a better chance than if I never spent anything. That does not make it a financially viable decision though.

OF COURSE no hash is FPGA or even ASIC resistant. It's just impractical and costly with the current gen technology. There are several DYI and company projects working on SCRYPT FPGA right now, and sooner or later it will be available. The whole POINT of developing a new coins is that you do if on the premise of working and available technology. Hell, when bitcoin came out it was 'GPU Proof' until the first person realized how to do it, and do it well.

Ok and... I can't really see what you added to my previous post regarding that it was of course possible, just not practical at this current point to warrant anyone with serious funds putting a significant financial investment into.

What are those CPP files?

generally would be c++ files if I'm not mistaken, not a c++ programmer though.

Reduce the fee's for sending ARG.

I'm getting charged 0.5 ARG per transaction...

That's half a block if I get 1 per block.

I'm seeing 0.1?

Me too, but still 10% of a block to send seems a little steep no?

You say something!  You follow through or you're useless!  Follow through!  Useless!

Where's the release?? Time has past!!

Lol could have at least waited 60 seconds

What's the point in even caring or getting worked up? There will be 5 more released tomorrow.

19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this a great idea or is it stupid and been talked about before? on: June 11, 2013, 05:09:52 AM
I remember seeing some other posts about this way back. If I remember correctly, mineral oil was suggested as it will not grow anything and is generally rather inert and that it was also crucial to remove fans as they will not have a very happy time running submerged in a viscous liquid. I always wanted to try this though, maybe a weekend project.
