This is totally a scam. They just locked their giant thread because of all the angry investors. Not even there obvious fake accounts could save them. They simply don't know what they are doing. They are not bringing what investors are hoping to see. They should just refund everyone their ether and move on. It's going to turn into terrible lawsuits.

It's funny that me and others bring up these points, but you guys can't disprove them. What makes you think you aren't going to get sued?

You guys are going to end up in prison. You can't hold investors money hostage.
You bought something you own that thing - tokens. You can't give it back - you can sell it or throw away. You can't sell people something and not have done the due diligence to bring the the product they invested in. They admit they haven't done their due diligence. This is fraud. People will sue. It's that simple. |

Do you understand business and how it works?
From your posts it clearly shows you do not.
If they give returns to these 4 whom requested from them then they would be obligated to give returns to ALL investors AT ANY TIME they chose.
This is not how a sound business ethic works online or even in the real world for that matter.
Understand this now.
I in my years on this site have never and i mean NEVER seen any ICO giving refunds to any of their purchasers.
They can not give receipts for them and thus those individuals can come and say "Hey you did not give me my refund! Give me one right now!".
Get real and live in reality please.

The repetitive nature you are displaying in this thread is what would be expected of a child when told to stop running in the house with scissors. But continues to do so even when told not to do it unless they want to harm themselves.

If you give the few investors of the many their money back it will reflect favorably on the company. You still have almost two months of ico. You want more future investors. This will help potential investors be more likely to invest, and for those who withdrew, they will have a more favorable opinion of the company.

Everybody should check out Franco's trust this guy is clearly a troll being paid from a competitor . If he's not being paid to bash Centra and tenX then this poor guy has way too much time on his hands.
lol, are you kidding me? You are the one that probably get paid, you have 14 msg in total all defending centra. I never denied the fact that i invested in TENX, everybody knows that here. Whatever youre trying to achieve its obviously not working... And will continue to not work and continue and continue and continue... Oh look its still not working. Nobody listens to anything you write here you are here to keep your vested intrests from losing value and are scared of the competition. I'm just trying to inform people what these ghost company is doing, i'm not trying to achieve anything but to raise awareness to the crowd. I'm not inviting anyone to invest in the competition check my posts. Also there's been quite a lot of users asking for refunds, so what you said is not true. You also have 23 posts all defending Centra, so... Like 4 people have asked for refunds.... So I mean unless you think 4 people contributed over 5 Million dollars that doesent show overwellming support that this is going to sink and then making bullshit claims that this is a ghost company when you've been asked personally to try and use the application after say there was none. Then claiming no one in the company was real after being proven wrong. You are holding up on bullshit facts and then you act like because I have 23 post im either one not real two paid for by centra or three a unicorn makes you a fuck boi. Then why not give those 4 people their money back and retain the image of the company? This is what a confident and ethical company does. This is simply business 101. The big point is if this company was truly on the up and up then they would refund any of their investors who want their hard earned money back. That would be good business ethics. They are not doing this. This is what scammers do.

because they are a scam, and probably going to run off with everyone's money. They have "working" product with too many inherent flaws. They won't be able to keep up with bitcoin withdraw times and rates. |

franc0 Nothing I have said it was right or wrong. You as a purchaser need to read everything that pertains in what you are buying into. Whether that be a bicycle or a house. You have to do your research and pick the suitable one for you. Now with ICOs there are alot of them out there to choose from. I have seen some come and go. Only half of them succeed unfortunately. Those that have run off with investors money did not follow thru or even respond to their customers once they held their funds in their hands. Has Centratech done this? Absolutely not. They have been open and responding to every customer who has bought anything from them. As they have said time and time again. Customer service is their number 1 priority. And I have seen how they work and they are following through on what they have set out in their whitepaper thus far. Can you say that about the other ICO in which you have compared to this one time and time again? I see you just posted on this other competitors thread. haven't had a chance to read it yet as I am sure it is full of good and kind words such as the ones you have posted here time and time again. You guys are asking for trouble and bad publicity. You obviously are not from the United states from your not knowing how the law works when it pertains to an ICO. You buy into an ICO you better read the fine print into what you are agreeing to when you are purchasing into a company. You can not implement what you state in your white papers. The SEC calls this fraud. SEC has no jurisdiction on this project as they are not selling assets. I would recommend you rewatch the video of the owner of Tenx interrogating his competitor again. Then come back to post more nonsense on their competitors thread once more. All you newbie account holders clearly did not see the posted notice at the top of each forum thread topic haven't you? Re read it again. Then you can talk about pursuing legal action against an ico. I have seen many come and gone along the line and none of them gone thru successfully. So I do hope you have a lot of money you do not care about or even more than you actually put into this crowd sale for the tokens you purchased that does not have any guarantee attached to them, as with any ico listed on the entirity of this site. If you care to point me in the direction of the thread that you have seen this done successfully, then do so. I am waiting.  It will take you quite a while to go through each and every thread pertaining to each and every ICO ever created for the past two years. So I sure hope you got the time set aside to do so. I know I do not. As for nantan. How much did you actually put into the purchase of your tokens? I sure hope it is alot because you are calling for legal action now. And that is worth more than just 10 ethereum in a token sale. I can assure you. You will be spending more than that just on a lawyer to hear your case in it's entirity. Sure hope you have set aside $100,000 in legal fees. And that is not including if they even bring this case to court. The winner in this case is the lawyer who will be running to bank with you and the others money. So lose lose for both centra and for you there nantan. So you think just because you are in a ICO you can legally steal from people? Wow.... |
