Just mined for 6 hours, got nothing. Using GPU.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / FastCoin Help on: December 08, 2013, 05:54:07 AM
Is FastCoin GPU or CPU? And which would be more efficient? I have looked everywhere, and found nothing.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC Mining on: May 23, 2013, 02:46:57 AM
You have to be using GUIminer - scrypt for litecoin, regular gui miner is for bitcoin and other sha-256 currencies.

Yeah, I cant set it up though, too much stuff for me...
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC Mining on: May 23, 2013, 02:42:37 AM
It's not nice to steal CPU time away from NASA. lol

Are you sure you are using the right software to mine LTC? or is it configured properly? BTC mining is measured in MHash/s, LTC mining is measured in kHash/s.

Guiminer. Tried CPU, no shares, right when I changed Guiminer to GPU, instant share, and huge speed...and what if I am stealing CPU from NASA?

Can this be possibly right? I'm getting     28633.1 KH/s, according to my pool...

Code:

c:\cgminer\cgminer --scrypt -o http://coinotron.com:3334 -u hole896.ltc -p **************** -I 10 -g 1 -w 256

Using --fix-protocol worked for me.

Umm, it works...but IDK if my speed is good...only a few tents of a LTC a day...
7  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: cgminer on: May 09, 2013, 01:44:11 PM
What GPU are u using?
42Khash is very low.....looks like u are using the CPU....probably u have missed cgminer setting for your specific card....

Did you even look at my start up script? NO! Read before you post please! Well, here are my stats for my pool
Code:
Hashrate:                   104.9 KH
Estimated Coins/Day:    0.224 LTC
Confirmed Rewards:      0.03702649 LTC
Last Share:                 2013-05-09 13:38:12

So I think it is EST...but IDK, that's all the pool says. if it is, it was a LONG time ago...and I need some help fixing my miner.
