1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hashflare.io SCAM WARNING: Takes BTC, Provides Nothing, Doesnt Reply on: August 01, 2018, 05:08:38 PM
Hashflare.io also forbids withdrawing more than 0.5 ETH monthly now.
I think they are scammers now. How come I cannot withdraw my ETH?
I ask for refund, they just ignored my ticket.

How can I cancel and get refund from Hashflare.io?
Don't trust Hashflare.io
2  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can I Trust Hashflare.io ? on: August 01, 2018, 05:01:50 PM
No, you can not trust Hashflare.io
They don't allow you withdraw your currency for more than 0.5 ETH every 30 days.
I think they are stopping people withdrawing.
I wrote to ask for refund, they just ignored me.

Anyone know how to get refund from Hashflare.io and get my mined ETH back?

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [MCO] MONACO #1 Cryptocurrency Payments Card on: November 01, 2017, 12:10:24 PM
Herman, thanks for your inputs, do you think there is any legal basis for token holders to sue Monaco at this moment? It's like me investing in a business that promise me profit-share, but then suddenly changes the rule and I am left out from profit-sharing, and given to me something is that materially different. When I invested in Monaco I was expecting fees collected to be distributed to me, but now it's just used for getting debit card which cause my token value to crash. Do I have the legal basis for starting a class action lawsuit?

I feel sorry for you guys not leaving this scam at time... Good luck to all of you still in... Really hope you will get something from it but Kris and his team are the biggest scammers I have seen on the market with all lies and false promises...
wow now visa working with biggest scammers ? what a world to be live right ?
for those who don't know it yet, Monaco card already has green light from visa you can get your card if you a Singapore resident, japan korea is coming soon I really looking forward to see card rollout in Europe because it definitely gonna be HUGE

If you read the last several pages, you would know what the majority are talking about. This project was backed by major investors who put in money because of the interest from what was written on the whitepaper.

MCO now will not follow through one of the major points in the whitepaper that was attractive to investors and MCO get's to keep all the revenue. If you were an investor and you we're promised a cut from the revenue and the company changed their mind and said they won't share the revenue, would you still keep your investment?

Yes, I agree that the lack of trust in MCO and Kris is problem. First quick, sudden ICO, then leak of VISA picture cards, then missing a lot of deadlines, and now changing this asset contract thing... the lost trust is very hard to regain..especially by people who experienced it more than once,

On the other hand, I believe that most of the moves of Kris were correct at the given situation... he got VISA program manager thing as the only until now, with great rates compared to competition (direct without intermediary), by omitting asset contract he secured the tokens will not be delisted (I am lawyer and I know that cryptoworld  will be(is already in fact) subject of extensive regulation in big countries. When this happens soon in USA

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/hong-kong-exchange-gatecoin-will-delist-securities-ico-tokens/

it will be very interesting..

It is truth that they promised asset contracts in whitepaper at it is very bad that they will not fulfill it..On the other hand, they did not promise such great cashback rates, and they are giving it now.. You did not get what was promised to you, but you get something else what was not promised...

The only thing that I am not sure is the way that 1 % by asset contracts should have been counted (the way trumpc2016 showed, or the other , much more profitable way), it depends on the interpretation, but the difference of scheduled amount is enormous..

In the long term, I believe MCO  will be ok, but the problem is that this lack of trust (and believe that after 6 months the price of MCO token won't be much lower) will have negative influence on the number of reserved and taken cards..and will make it adoption process all much slower..unless many other tokens delist in 2-3 months..and MCO stays...

In therms of legal fundamentals, Monaco has now the advantage (Direct VISA program, more autonomy  and best rates), but the competition is not sleeping..so it will be very interesting..I believe there is place for 2-3 main players in this area..not more. But, basic thing is: everything goes or falls on the number of people willing to take (platinum) card.. There are around 10000 of us at the moment who have some significant amount of MCO.. the big question is acceptance in general public.. if Monaco is smart, they will spend a lot of money on marketing to get people who don't now anything about this negative events, delays and mistakes  and lost of trust in the previous process.. to take the card!

P.S: At the moment, I am also interested to see what is in dev update 3 (crypto in every wallet dev update - part 2) and new roadmap..

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [MCO] MONACO #1 Cryptocurrency Payments Card on: November 01, 2017, 11:56:57 AM
MCO token should be worth about as much as  FUCK token. At least FUCK token is deflationary whereas MCO can create as many tokens as they wish. MCO token used to represent fees, and now they are giving fees from investors to cardholders instead, leaving us with nothing. The only value I see from MCO token is the requirement for cardholders, say 50 tokens for a card, but if token drops down to $0.1 per token, then that's only $5 in additional money flowing into crushed MCO price.

I own over 1500 tokens at this moment, I was under the assumption fraud isn't legal and management isn't that stupid or will risk facing class action lawsuit. So I will hold. MCO have huge potential, and management team is good at promoting. But probably horrendous at realizing the value of this company doesn't come from the pitiful amount of fees they can collect, but rather valuation from token, which they just crashed.

Visa processed about 100 billion transactions, with total value of 6.8 trillion+, 15 billion in revenue, and 6 billion net yearly, and trades at 40 times yearly earnings or 251 billion. See yahoo finance VISA is worth 251 billion https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/v?p=v

Now, if Monaco get just just 0.1% of what visa does, which would be 100 million transactions, 15 million revenue, 6 million net earnings. It would be at 250 million market cap with 40 times P/E multiple. And given the rate of growth of MCO, it could easily fetch 100 times P/E, making it a billion dollar company versus 60 million now. Assuming it's a security. If it's a crypto maybe even higher valuation as there is less compliance costs. But no, Kris has to take that tiny amount of revenue for himself. The management team can easily become billionaires 5 years down the road if they actually expand at the same rate they projected in the whitepaper, and token valuation could be realized not just by dividend model, but can use token buybacks, which is similar to dividend model and bypass security laws.

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [MCO] MONACO #1 Cryptocurrency Payments Card on: November 01, 2017, 08:24:59 AM
I am thinking we should start a class action lawsuit against Monaco management team. As this is materially different from what they stated when we invest. They talk about "compliance" when they just outright defraud investors.  I don't understand how management can do this stupid. Only value of Monaco right now is for their cards, and that won't be much if Monaco is trading at $0.1 that would be  $5 for 50 tokens lol.

just been shown this by a friend. no idea if true or not but seems another delay as usual  https://twitter.com/NaijaCrypt0/status/920647357301252096?s=08

I would think that if they need to signoff from partner and coordinate in 3 time zones it would be a very important press release. Unlike their usually shitty twitter twits. And this delay won't be too long, within this week. Announcement possible would be:

1. We made progress in negotiation, but won't get anything from Visa until (set another date months into future): This will result in a 50% decline or more.

2. We partnered with wirecard: maybe flat or up slightly.

3. Visa approval, rip apart all time high and goes above $30+ within a week.

I have 1500 MCO, I think it might be 2 or 3.

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] PROPY - Global Property Store with Decentralized Title Registry on: September 27, 2017, 07:10:24 PM
So much fund here, Lol. It's the same with every project. Fuds kicks in when there's a slight dip in price. So I'm not very surprised to see the same happening here. Propy isn't another quick flip. This is a long term hodl for me.

Except I said this when they were announcing the ICO without a White Paper.. then they put out an 8 page useless piece of shit... nothing has changed.. you can hold as long as you want... this project nor it's "paid to look good during the ICO only" team members never had an intention of doing anything with this project.  The main team members have left the U.S. and will not be returning.  You can't even wipe your ass with those tokens.

White paper is just theory, garbage in, garbage out, don't place too much trust on it, you can pay someone on fiverr to write a whitepaper for $100. What I value is based on execution is what matters. Propy have 5 developers for a small company like this, speed of change is critical to survival. Business changes drastically, what they are doing now versus what they will be doing 3 years from now would be drastically different.

And what's wrong with buying a real estate in Ukraine? Cash flow is cash flow, doesn't matter what country it is from. In developing country is where fast fortunes are made. In 1992 my family had a choice, of either investing 1 million dollars into real estate in California, or 1 million in China (average income there was about $200 monthly). Our family is worth 6 million today, due to high tax, shitloads of government regulations, even changing a toilet I need a permit, piece of shit city government here. If we had invested in China, same amount of money would be been worth at least 60 million dollars. Ukraine isn't as bad as people make it out to be, average income is like $200 monthly with highly educated population, I don't want to live in Ukraine, but I seriously think it has a lot more potential for appreciation than any real estate projects here in California. Propy would enable me to do that, invest into real estate market and owning a portfolio of rentals without ever visiting the country.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] PROPY - Global Property Store with Decentralized Title Registry on: September 27, 2017, 02:33:21 AM
I would normally sell a token, if I believe there is a chance of fraud, or complete incompetent of management team. So far I am not seeing just yet.

1. What rights do the token give you?  A discount on their platform.  How many people who got sucked into this will be selling their property here - NO ONE???

Discount on platform tokens isn't that bad, and should appreciate in value as volume of transactions goes up. Just look at BNB tokens, went up 3000% as their platform gets launched.

2. What is the "use of funds" - doesn't take more than $500K to build a top end platform - this one can be done for $200K.  What are they doing with the rest of the moneyż "Marketing" is a nice word for "pocketing" the money.

I can probably get it built for far less than 100k, their website looks terrible lol. As a platform builder myself with over 400k+ members, I think this still much to be desired. However, they do have over 177k+ links built, about half which are from bitcointalk, and rest (the high page authority ones) are from highly relevant content and sizable domains. So to acquire those links, it would already been several hundred thousand dollars out of the pocket. There are shit tons of ICOs with less than 1000 links yet raised tens of millions. So I think at least on the marketing front, they are spending in the right direction.

3. Do you know what a "company" search is?  They are a Delaware corp. .. 2 foreign girls on the company... a Delaware offshore, throw away corp.Huh?? Learn about how that works.

So? You can have tens of thousands of company on a PO box in Delaware, doesn't make it a scam. Natalia Karayaneva the founder seems like a cute little nerdy Russian girl, but I think she should be able to execute with 5 developers on this team, only other competitor I see that give it a run for its money is probably Atlant. I don't think this is a scam just yet. But much is to be desired in terms of communication.

4. What plans do they have - NONE.  No entry strategy.  They are going to be GLOBAL... ok... I am going to open a GLOBAL PANCAKE HOUSE and everyone in the world is going to come eat there... it's going to be huge.

We'll have to see how far along they build their platform. At least they did spent good amount of money already with online presence building. So I will stay with them for now.
