I think the website deeponion.info gives some insight in this. Also the dropouts are visible (in number and in name). Full transparency. Has someone an explanation why only 290 are accepted while more than 600 are rejected? And are those rejects also only the temporarily rejected who didn't manage to post every week? So few accepted means that a quite high reward for those still in... |

Bitcore BTX end of october announced 25% airdrop for all having btx in the bitcore Wallet. During the month they Will announce how to sign the address to be entitled to receive the airdrop
Bitcore is giving aidrops for a very long time already but the info of 25% airdop and need for signing the address is new. do you have a link. I'm tired of searching :-( |

You will be able to trade BKB on HitBtc from the 12th  Very nice that trading opportunity. Are there other exchanges planned? I personally prefer cryptopia. Bittrex would be also helpful. Maybe also a OTC trading thread would be nice to have. |

I think there was a plan to add this to the exchanges. But what if I decided to keep the token? Would that consider me a stakeholder and should be enjoying some "privileges" as those who invested in the token? Just want to clarify. Token-holders are not stakeholders and will not have an effect upon BetKing's development. However, you are given the opportunity to liquidate the tokens at the token price each quarter. If you deposit a given amount of BKB tokens to your BetKing.io site then Dean will allow the buyback of 10% of the deposit. Again my question. Is there a source explaining this procedure of buyback in detail. I cannot find anything about the buyback. I thought that a buyback of 10% of the entire outstanding coins will be done regularly. I have been accepted for the airdrop. How cool. But what exactly do I need to do? Just enjoying the airdrop? And it appears that only roughly 300 have been accepted for the airdrop. Probably I haven't understood correctly. If someone could clarify it would be nice.

I make this thread for new (free) airdrop coins. I bet a lot of people miss big opportunities (like decred where you get over 1.5 btc for free at that time or node or other coins). Because not every can look every day at all new threads. So when you see a coin with a airdrop, than feel free to write it here. So we will maybe dont miss any airdrop coin anymore.  i found a new airdrop just can 1000 first participant , just email ur address to the dev project. all those airdrops, I am lost  Most airdrop are worthless, but I earn nearly one eth from ELTC2, it is my luck, no idea why someone set a high buy order, it was 8x last buy order, then I quickly sold it eltc2 did give out token.. 9828 I have no idea what it's worth it.. Care to tell me it's value? can you link me to the current thread please, i can't find it. i joined the airdrop and never received any coins and just want to check if my name is still on that Spreadsheet. Those e-Coins are just stupid. They are ERC20 tokens with absolutely no function. Just a wast of time. Let it be and try to get involved in more serious airdrops. |

So how does the 10% buy-back work if we want to do that? You have to deposit 10x what you want to sell to BetKing to your BetKing.io account before December 4th. Then, you'll have the option to sell 10% of your deposit. You can pick the currency you want to receive from the BKB sale. Could you link a source where it is explained how the buyback exactly works? |

Bisher haben wir ja leider noch keine Klarheit, bei welchen Tätigkeiten die Haltefrist auf 10 Jahre erhöht wird. Ich finde das sehr unangenehm.
Mal angenommen, ich bin der Meinung, dass mein Coin eine Haltefrist von 10 Jahren hat (Szenario 1). In den nächsten Jahren gebe ich also immer brav meinen Veräußerungsgewinn an, das FA möchte aber keinen Nachweis sehen. Irgendwann kommt durch die Judikative heraus: Nö, keine 10 Jahre Haltefrist. Dann habe ich für mehrere Jahre zu viel Steuern bezahlt.
Szenario 2: Nun bin ich nicht der Meinung, dass mein Coin keine Haltefrist von 10 Jahren hat. Nach einem Jahr veräußere ich immer wieder Anteile meiner Coins, dieses geht über mehrere Jahre. Irgdenwann kommt raus: Ätschibätsch, doch 10 Jahre Haltefrist. Dann habe ich die letzten Jahre Steuern hinterzogen.
Also im Grund genommen eine ziemlich vertrackte Situation. Da ich persönlich für meine Steuererklärung verantwortlich bin, können falsche Annahmen sehr schnell zu unangenehmen Situationen führen.
Kommt auch auf die Höhe des Schadens an. Steuerhinterziehung beginnt erst wenn eine erhebliche kriminelle Energie und große Beträge im Spiel sind. Kleine Beträge und Nachlässigkeit könnte als Ordnungswidrigkeit durchgehen wofür Du nicht ins Gefängnis musst. Par 370 AO oder Par. 378 AO mal nachlesen. Du hast aber immernoch die Möglichkeit der Selbstanzeige und kannst Steuern nachzahlen. Die Selbstanzeige muss aber noch vor Ermittlungsbeginn der Behörde erfolgen. |

Hallo, mein erster Post und dann gleich zum geliebten Steuerthema  Ich denke ich habe die grundsaetzliche Steuerthematik verstanden, jeder Tausch mit Gewinnen oder Verlusten ist steuerrelevant, ausser ich halte den Coin 1 Jahr, dann ist es steuerfrei. Ich habe nun im Juli angefangen mit EURO-ETH , dann ETH mit Gewinn getauscht in IOTA . Soweit ist es mir klar den Gewinn muss ich quasi fuer 2017 als sonstiges EK versteuern. Nun ist es so, ich bin seit 2016 expat, also ich habe keinen Wohnsitz in DE, mein Lebensmittelpunkt ( mehr als 183 Tage) im Jahr lebe ich in China. Ich habe dieses JAhr nur noch einen Boni von meinem Arbeitgeber fuer das letzte Jahr erhalten, den muss ich wohl in Deutschland versteuern. Wie ist es nun fuer die Altcoin-Trades? Ich bin der Meinung ich unterliege nicht der deutschen Steuerpflicht? Wenn das so ist muesste ich die Altcoin Gewinne in China versteuern. Mein Ziel ist es irgendwann in der Zukunft die Altcoins und Gewinne auch wieder in FIAT auszahlen zu lassen und zwar in DE Klar ist wenn ich jetzt meine IOTA einfach halte und vllt 2019 verkaufe, dann sind sie in DE steuerfrei. Ich moechte jetzt aber auch regelmaessig traden und damit wuerde ich viele Transaktionen haben. Ich kann die Trades gerne dokumentieren, aber intessiert das Finanzamt in 2020 oder spaeter was ich in 2017,2018 in altcoin getradet habe, wenn ich doch gar nicht steuerpflichtig in DE war? Nehmen wir an ich moechte mir 1 Mio Euro auszahlen lassen, dann erregt das sicherlich viel Aufmerksamkeit. Meinem Verständnis nach musst Du nur im Land des Wohnsitzes versteuern (auch deine Boni). In deinem Fall also keine Steuern in D. Wenn Gewinne in deiner Zeit in China durch die Tausche BTC-ALT anfallen müsstest Du das auch nur in China versteuern. Wenn Du dann mit einem Sack voll BTC wieder nach D kommst und ein Jahr die BTC oder sonstige ALT gehalten hast kannst Du diese in Fiat verkaufen ohne Steuern. Falls Du in China Steuern hinterziehen solltest, müsste man nachforschen ob China eine Strafverfolgung in D machen kann (vermutlich schon - Interpol). Falls keine Gewinne in China versteuert werden müssen (was ich nicht glaube) bisst Du schön raus. Um 1Mio von Crypto in Fiat unzuwandeln würde ich mir aber ein richtig guten Steueranwalt suchen oder du verkaufst in superkleinen Tranchen (unauffällig und unter 10000€ je Verkauf - ab 10000€ beginnen europäische Banken Verdacht wegen Geldewäsche zu melden, kann aber auch bei vielen kleineren Verkäufen passieren). Ales nur meine Meinung - bitte selber nachdenken, damit Du kein Unfug machst! Die Nachweise, dass die BTC oder Alt legal sind solltest Du mit Blockexplorer und Tradeauflistung nachweisen. |
