Problem
The Bitcoin movement has failed to capitalize on its most valuable asset: The people who use Bitcoin. We as a network share a deep passion for Bitcoin, but have failed to create an organized effort to promote its adoption. The Bitcoin movement is missing leadership. Every Bitcoin member genuinely wants to be involved, but does not know how.

Theory: If we develop a leadership model, we can better leverage the already existing Bitcoin network of users to exponentially increase the growth of the movement.

Satoshi = 1 Member
Bitpod = A group of 4-8 Satoshis.
Fork = When a Bitpod of 8 Satoshis splits into two Bitpod's of 4 Satoshis.

Bitpod's are the core unit of the decentralized movement. They will serve two general purposes.
1. Participating in the forking process.
2. Participating in macro-movement activities.


1. Forking Process
A Bitpod starts with four group members (4 satoshis). The Bitpod's goal is to grow from four satoshis to eight satoshis and fork off into two new Bitpods. The Bitpod members will seek to grow through personal references and/or meeting new members through participation in macro-movement activities. The movement will begin with one genesis Bitpod. This will create a forking tree. All forking history will be shown and accounted for so each member can see the tangible impact they have made on the movement.

2. Participating in macro-movement activities
We will ask that each Bitpod pledge to participate in one macro-activity per week. This is not mandatory for membership, however, highly encouraged. To prove participation, Bitpod's will need to get a scan from another Bitpod participating in the activity. Activities will involve a diverse array of outreach efforts.

Macro-movement activities will follow the same approach that many crowdfunds use. All macro-movement activities will require a minimum number of commitments from Bitpod's or else it will be cancelled. This is done to hold all Bitpod's accountable to the overall group mission. It also ensures, that no one's efforts will be wasted. Time commitments are contingent upon other Bitpod's also committing their time, therefore, no one feels as though they are the only one contributing.

Potential Macro-movement activities
1. Yard signs
2. Bumper stickers
3. Door-to-door knocking/flyers
4. Holding signs on street corners
5. Participating in Bitcoin rallies
6. Generating crowds media events
7. Tabling at college campuses
8. Supporting Libertarian/Bitcoin minded politicians.
9. Providing local Bitcoin town halls for any potentially interested people
10. Tweet/FB/social media storms
11. Any other ways

We are looking for anyone who is willing to contribute to getting this project ready to launch in any form. The following skills would be greatly beneficial:
1. **Develop a website/backend server to meet the needs of the decentralized movement. -> Very much needed
2. A video animator to quickly and easily illustrate what our idea is.
3. Anyone who has access to YouTubers/Media platforms of any kind
4. Anyone who is genuinely interested in getting this idea off the ground.

I am looking for developers to join our team. We have a great idea. Without going too much into detail, the following represents the general progression of the idea for the new cryptocurrency.

View of Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency
Bitcoin is not about currency or the blockchain. Bitcoin is a network of freedom. It is much more so, a political movement. It is a network where people can freely transact with one another without regard for a higher power. Bitcoin presents the most credible threat to government in the history of the world. Government knows this, and in time if Bitcoin gets big enough, it will be squashed by the government, media, banks, courts, fear mongering of terrorism, etc.

Bitcoin problem
Bitcoin is not equipped to fight back against the tyranny of government. Bitcoin is only as valuable as its network. Currently, Average Joe does not give a damn about decentralized cryptocurrency. The network will only grow if Average Joe believes in it and adopts it. In the face of impending pressure from the incumbents of society, Average Joe will choose not to adopt Bitcoin. Bitcoin has no mechanism to reach Average Joe. The forces of government, media etc. are simply too large for Bitcoin to spontaneously overcome.

Blockchain War Theory
Whoever wins the war of ideas will win the currency. It will be freedom (decentralized crypto) vs tyranny(fiat). All the incumbents in society will partner together to support fiat/tyranny. The people need a way to organize to overcome the pressures of tyranny and ensure freedom wins the coming Blockchain Wars.

Solution
Decentralized cryptocurrency needs a decentralized organized movement. This movement gives the public a chance at winning the war of ideas and in turn freedom. We are creating the first ever decentralized movement specifically targeted at getting adoption from Average Joe. This will be a mechanism that gives the general public a chance at winning the coming battle with government.

I wish to propose a new solution

Problem with existing payback plan:
The BTCT tokens present a great challenge. By holding BTCT tokens, BTC-e Exchange is effectively "shorting" Bitcoin, or in other words betting on Bitcoin to go down. If Bitcoin happens to increase 500% before the end of the payback period, the value of the debt will also increase 500%. If the debt increases 500%, BTC-e Exchange simply will not be able to pay it back. It just wont be possible.

New Solution Proposal
-->BTC-e Exchange should come back as a cryptocurrency-only exchange. Get rid of fiat altogether.

How?
BTC-e Exchange will spot trade Bitcoin. Users will sell Bitcoin/Ether/Coins to BTC-e Exchange at a fixed fiat pegged amount, and BTC-e will hold the "long position" on the cryptocurrency.

Advantages
1. By holding the long position, BTC-e would cancel out their short position of BTCT tokens-->Making the debt a manageable fixed amount and not fluctuating.
2. BTC-e Exchange would no longer have to deal with fiat and its related challenges
3. BTC-e Exchange would become the most secure stable exchange in the industry as the FBI cannot steal cryptocurrency.
4. BTC-e would position itself in the market as the first coin-only exchange.
5. Users will flock to BTC-e as the FBI raids more Bitcoin exchanges. Particularly when the FBI inevitably raids the banks holding the underlying USD for USDT tokens. (Bitfinex, Poloniex, and Bittrex
6. Users will come back to the BTC-e recovery effort faster as there would be very little risk on a cryptocurrency only exchange.
