You are confused man, it means 3,54 TL (3TL + KDV) but if you don't want to use exchange in Turkey, you can use Bitstamp safely.

Thank you I just tried it , I made a test withdrawal of 11TL Smiley from btcturk to papara and received it in few seconds TL 0.13 fees Smiley

Amount: -11,03 TRY

Fee:0,11 TRY
VAT:0,02 TRY

It is not true, you can use Paribu and Btcturk safely without paying %18 KDV (It is for exchange's earning, not your). Furthermore, i recommend you Bitstamp to do wire transfer but you don't want to use international exchanges, i recommend Paribu or Btcturk. Ziraat Bankasi or Enpara, it doesn't matter. You can swift by using bank which you want.

it is free to deposit money from bank to btcturk but when withdrawing money from the exchange to bank they will take 3TL + VAT (%18)
https://www.btcturk.com/yardim?id=komisyonlar

i think it is better to withdraw from bitstamp to Ziraat

You need to use the SWIFT to transfer here from the European cryptocurrency exchanges. But it takes time.

My advice, if you open an account on Turkish exchanges such as Btcturk or Paribu, you can transfer the money directly to Turkish banks.

Thanks yes i know swift take time, but i am not sure which banks allow it.

Turkish exchange have high prices than European exchanges also i read you have to pay VAT ( which is 18% i guess) to withdraw to bank account if it true this is ridiculous :/

Thank You all

Yes i am only planning to deal with small amount, I do have residency and tax number. and ziraat bankasi account, but I can't find the option how to transfer money abroad it only allow transfer to Turkish banks, I just wander which other bank does allow transferring money to European exchanges like bitstamp and kraken.

I will try Enpara although they require that customers MUST know Turkish . but i will try it anyway since you mentioned they allow international transaction .

Thank You.
