I have been interested in Cryptocurrency for a while but have only just decided to get into it properly. I have begun to record my journey into this world and I'd love it if you could check it out. It's meant to be very beginner friendly and I am always 2 or 3 weeks ahead of the events I write about so there's no risk that I'm going to give you any terrible advice. There is one post so far with a new one being posted every weekday this week and 2 or 3 a week every week after. <<< As you can see I am a 'Newbie' in the cryptocurrency scene and I am contemplating writing a blog to record my entrance into this arena. My perspective is maybe not so different from that of a lot of members here, I'm an engineer in the UK who has some interest in a lot of fields but no expertise in one, but I am diving head first into cryptocurrency and I hope that my journey can be a guide for the uninitiated and a voyage of reminiscence for the experienced user. I will likely structure it as a sort of diary that details experimentation with trading, faucets, ICO's, bounties, mining and generating capitol for investments. It will obviously be in English and may branch out to other recent technologies that interest me in the future.

How are people still applying to this?!

I don't mean to blow my own horn but I sent 2 messages to the Altcoins mod this morning at around 9am about a different user doing the same thing (daemmon) and also posted on the Meta board at 12.37 pm.

I sent two messages to the mod and made a post on the Meta board about the bot but I didn't look further into the ICO itself. My bad guys, at least they were caught early.

The user 'daemmon' (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=242894) seems to have been hacked/ be a bot. Looks like usual activity up until 22/03/2014 and then nothing until 22/08/2017 when they have been spamming Kraken.io posts to keep them at the top. Current number of posts in the Kraken.io ANN or Bounty pages is 474 since 2:35AM on the 22nd. The users comments get deleted and reposted with 5 or 6 variations so it doesn't seem to obvious that it's spam.

I agree, the character limit for Newbie signatures is 50 so the data provided does not work as you can see from patz22's post above. I really want to sign-up for this signature campaign as newbies are rarely given such an opportunity so it would be great if the campaign manager could fix this asap!
