Yeah my wallet is missing a transaction I made last night. I transferred money to my wallet and it is not showing up but the blocks are synced now.
What should I do?
Go to the console in the wallet, type checkwallet. If it doesnt say true, then type repairwallet after that and restart your wallet. Should fix it. Still missing my transaction from last night. I read somewhere about a --rescan? Where do I put this? I think in the executable of the magi.exe but not exactly sure. Its in the console window that you could run that. What did the console window say when you ran the check wallet? I had missing coins as well. Had to wipe the blocks and database folder along with the peers.dat file and after resyncing everything was good. "Wallet check passed": true for both the checkwallet and repairwallet commands. Everything is synced right now but should I try deleting the database and blocks folder along with peers.dat file, then relaunch the coin magi - wallet? What about the magi.conf file. What should the settings in there be like? You can try deleting the database and blocks folder along with the peers.dat. I would download the latest blockchain from Joes links and then try again. This will speed up your syncing time by a lot. As far as the config file, I don't believe you need to change anything. Hopefully others chime in. |

Hello,
Could anyone please explain to me what Sign Message and Verify Message is for under File in Coin Magi - Wallet?
Also, my wallet still says out of sync but there is no loading bar at the bottom indicating total amount of the blocks left to download. Hovering over the bottom right indicator says downloaded 1824722 of transaction history and it still says it is Catching up.

Looks like we are both stuck on that exact same block number. I went to a block explorer and copied out a bunch of node IP's on the same version as me and then added those to my .conf file. Rebooted the wallet and now have 5 solid connections and guess what... I am still stuck at block 1824722. Hopefully we can get some more feedback from other users and/or the dev so we can figure out what's going on and how to correct it... Yeah so it's not just me. I even updated the Coin Magi - Wallet to the newest 1.4.6.1 and followed the instructions here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=735170.msg37465271#msg37465271Any chance you may be able to explain what the Sign Message and Verify Message does in the wallet? NOW 200MH!!!!!
 I got a feeling the number is wrong, my wallet is showing 217MH total. Still, it seems more like someone trying to make a point than an actual miner. Or maybe seeing if the hack will still work? just dropped down to 21MH Being its in short spurts, I would bet they are buying hashing power (ie Nicehash type thing), Huge hashes but short lived. Ive seen spikes of 100MH and someone bragging on here about using a botnet, but its legal. Lmao. Pretty sure that was a few months ago. |

So does this fix the vulnerability that Victor-Pedophile was screwing us with, or just the problems with the chain from the last week or so? Looking at the changelog there are certainly elements in there that that would remove the vulnerability (I'm sure Joe would confirm) - there is always the chance that there will be others in the future and I guess time will tell how effective Joe's fix is - its the nature of such a unique kind of coin that people will try to exploit it if possible. There are not many coins that are still profitable on CPU I don't consider 80 coins from the last month disappearing to be profitable. |

So, True Detective, stop try to predict my $ profit, you do not know about it nothing. You've been outed for your truly scummy ways. You're not doing this to make a point. You're stealing real money from Bittrex by using a unknown vulnerability in the Magi coin network. Your actions (ie, flooding the Bittrex exchange with stolen XMG) will get it shut down. Since we all know what kind of person you are, you will eventually get each and every exchange that accepts XMG to shut down, and you will inevitably destroy the Magi Coin by doing so. You have stolen too much money from this community, and that is unforgivable. You're a thief and a coward. There is a special place in hell for people like you to rot in. And then anything you have managed to mine will probably be rolled back and lost. He is a thief. If he was interested in fixing it he'd make an open discussion about it. His reasoning makes as much sense as a burglar saying they were just pointing out a flaw in the vault at a bank, so they stole it to point it out. Thats all this is. Devs, get your asses on this. Yes, I am attacker Yes, all POW miners mine significant more coins after my attack. If you not understand this just because you complete newbie) I worked hard from feb to march to implement one vulnerability in protocol. Now just collecting rewards from spending time) I belive in Joe, he will find solution to fix it soon.  Better sell your stack soon and lock in profits. You're getting a good price now and but its starting to fall. My actions pushing dev to improve security of protocol. I can destroy net using current vulnerability, but I only mine with some privilege. Also all txs is safe during my attack and no coins will lost or something bad will happened. Past time I reported about bugs, and no reactions was appear from dev. Now I am using bugs safety for net and little bonus for myself. And will do this in future, after fixing, if will can) So you just like taking advantage of people? Got it. |

Neuh... Dev will find sollution, as he does always this aint the first time? im just into the coin about 2 months now Issues pop up from time to time and at least for Magi, they get fixed in a timely manner. |

Does anyone have any information on pulling transaction data? It seems api calls only report the latest 30 or so transactions and there isn't an export option on the transaction page.

WOW that was a waste of time and energy and mining. lost 33xmg of coins and all the blocks went orphaned! well people have been warning for that the whole time. soon we can pick things back up properly though. Indeed, as soon as the HF was announced we tried warning people. Give em time to get this right. |

yeah and all the people who sold at the peak will get their coins back and will keep the btc as well... duh... ps: if this happens, xmg will probably get delisted considering bittrex would have to reimburse (or screw their users) ps2: I am astonished by the amount of bs, I read on this thread... oh so the guy who mined future blocks and made thousands of xmg will just keep his coins then. duh...no problem with that, right? let's just pretend it never happened. they still get orphaned i've put 5 machines on xpoolx giving ~670khs to mine in vain  Yeah, I tried solo mining and just get json_rpc_call failed. |

I noticed that three of the pools on the opening page are broken or stopping support for XMG

What is the mining situation ?

It is normal, Magi its about to get developtments and the market is moving... Erm... is this supposed to be happening? It's only 12/20/2017 @ 2:35pm PST, and BullMining is already generating blocks for tomorrow...  Just wait for the flood of miners coming on here asking where their coins went after the fork... just wait for it. |

For me its look like Suprnova and Minerclaim gets DDosd and someone with a big Hashrate claims the coins.. because its not zpool..
And pom isnt working right either. |
