I also have the same problem(502 Bad Gateway).

I've reached the site through >>> https://s2.cointiply.com/home <<<
It works for me.

I also have unpaid survey from AdScend from 3 days ago. I wrote to the support of AdScend at least 2 times every day since then, but noone answer me. Just 2 days before this case, I had another one. But when I wrote to the support, they contacted me by email, I've send them some screenshots and few hours later recieved my coins. Why is so hard to verify this fu*kin' surveys?

D4m1en, you had at least 80 days to make any from the following actions:
- turn on the gem mode
- save some coins to buy gems
- ask what is the best strategy for you
You have no excuse to blame the game or someone else.

The game before the gems was not profitable for the site. It was profitable only for the players, so the site would bankrupt soon if the changes was not made.

6  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Minerwarez official Canaan Distributor on: October 17, 2017, 07:34:25 PM
I previously imported few miner PSUs from China to Bulgaria(EU) with DHL. All of the additional documents I had to provide for the customs clearance were arranged between me and the local office of DHL after they made a call to me to give me the options. That's why now I'm curious do I have to provide any additional document to minerwarez or this will be arranged between me and my local office of FedEx when my miners come to Bulgaria. Why do they want
Quote
BOL, customs paperwork or any other necessary documents
if they(minerwarez) actually does not provide customs clearance? It is done by FedEx(eventually).

For international shipping do we have to provide any additional documents to sales@minerwarez.com and how do they look like?

Guys, I'm asking about the AIR temperature going out of the miner, not the chip temperature. It's impossible to be 80°C. If you walk close to the miner, you will get skin burn. Think about it.

My miners are pushing out 100°F, you will not get a skin burn from this.
Intake is 50°F, room is set to 72°F.
I measured the 3 I have and all 3 gave me the same results.

Thanks! This will be very useful for me when I need to choose the best place for my 4 miners when I get them.

At this moment, everything is still available!

My order(#1248) has just been accepted and now I'm really happy with the shipping price. The shipping of 4 miners + 1 controller to Bulgaria(in the EU) is $266,06 and this is much much better than the $2000 price in the previous batch.

Now, I will just wait for a call from FedEx when my order come in the local customs to provide the needed documents.

I repeat:
At this moment(19:18 my local time), everything is still available!

SOOOOOOOOOO I tell the community they are available and you post "Spam" yet your telling the community its available in another thread?HuhHuhHuhHuh?

You made whole new USELESSSSSSS thread! And YES, it was spam. The thread for AvalonMiner it here. The news about this miner are posted here, and no one needs a new thread just to tell us something, that in 20 minutes will not be accurate any more. This is called SPAM. If it was just a post in the current thread, it would not be a problem. But whole new thread, come on! Grow up!

By the way, can anyone tell me what is the temperature of the hot air coming out of the 741 miner?

Hi guys,
I have some news for you. After I sent email to minerwarez about the shocking shipping prices, they admitted that there really was a problem with the shipping calculator.

Quote
Hello,

Yes it is a problem with the shipping calculator we have let them know and we should have it back to the correct function shortly.
Thanks,
Nick

I also noticed that I am not the only one who has this problem. Some other guys in facebook also complained about the shipping prices. So the question is how many of you or how many of the customers have been illegally charged with more money than the real shipping price?
14  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon A7 announced on: October 02, 2017, 04:45:21 PM
minerwares is already sold out?

There was a new batch today, right?

Right. The miners were sold out in less than 15 minutes half an hour ago.
15  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon A7 announced on: October 02, 2017, 04:22:39 PM
I just tried to make an order in minerwarez.com and was absolutely shocked how much they want for shipping to my country.

My order is:
AvalonMiner 741 x 4 = $3192
AvalonMiner Controller x 1 = $100
-----------------------------------------
Subtotal: $3292

The shipping methods to Bulgaria(in the EU) are:
- FedEx International Economy
6 business days                                   $1,816.08
- FedEx International Priority
4 business days                                   $2,140.56

So the total sum is $5108 or $5432,56
screenshot here:

I just can't beleive it. The VAT in my country is 20%.
20% of $3292 = $658
Customs tax is %0 or something about %1-3

Even if the VAT and the customs tax are included in the shipping, $2000 for products that cost $3000 is complete robbery.
I just can't accept this. There is no fu@@ing way!!!

This is my second HUGE disappointment when trying to buy AvalonMiner. The first one was from Canaan itself for the 45 days of waiting for nothing..
It seems I will finally change my mind and buy some Bitmain products.

EDIT:
Updated my shopping cart removing the miners. Only for the controller, that cost $100, the shipping is $646,27 or $687,10

Screenshot here:

Recently bought four PSUs from China, each one for about $120 and the shipping with DHL was about $20 each.

I can only say WTF!!!!!!!

I just noticed that Canaan's main page is offline. The home page: https://canaan.io/ is replaced with a short message. It seems they are making some updates to the website. But the other pages are still working fine. There is some update with the "Official Distributors" page. It seems they will try to make much wider distributors network than the originally announced from Steve.

After 45 days of waithing, today Canaan officially rejected my order from 13.08.2017 and closed my ticket for BTC payment details:

Hi roser,
An agent just replied to your ticket "Re: Note added to your Canaan order from August 13, 2017" (#76496).
The reply message:

We have recently opened a distributor in the US  and they will be getting stock  shortly. You can contact them here
https://minerwarez.com/
In the future we will be adding more distributors around the world to handle small to medium sized customers.

If you want silent miner, maybe you should look for cloud mining.
19  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon A7 announced on: September 23, 2017, 09:16:28 PM
Did you pay for your orders? I haven't heard a single report of Canaan taking money from customers and not delivering.
I lost money when buying BTC.
And on the difference in the course, I waited for them to provide the BTC number.
Me too. I converted my money into bitcoins just for the payment and hold them for whole month...

So.....you guys jumped into mining, without realizing the reality of the industry. Then are now complaining because you bought bitcoin and the price went down.

Let me ask you something, and I think I am saying this for all the people that have been mining for a while.

Why Are You Mad?

Because some of us have been waiting for more than a month to tell us that they(canaan) will not fulfil our orders. And while we've been waiting, some other customers who ordered after us, have been redirected to the distributor and already received their miners. This is absolitely not fair!
