1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TGE] OriginTrail (TRAC) - First Purpose-Built Protocol for Supply Chains on: December 24, 2017, 03:27:26 PM
Hello!

I would appreciate a more simplistic explanation of your utility token. Who would be your customer and why would they buy your token? Is it meant for an end-consumer who wants to check if something really was made in let say Sweden instead in China? Or is it meant more for supply chain stakeholders to make some sort of inventory checks? Sorry, really bad in this field and is hard for me to understand the scope of it Smiley

Additional, what is your business model? One part is obviously selling tokens. Are there any additional revenue streams planned?

Thanks!
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Short ICO reviews web page Cointldr - what do you think? on: October 28, 2017, 10:01:21 AM
It's great. But is it possible for anyone to submit an ICO project for you guys to review? I would like to submit some list of ICOs and see what you guys think of them. And are you doing the review for free or do you charge a fee for it?

I think their business model is free reports for investors payed by ICO themsleves. They don´t give away advice, they just put all the info in a nice short format. So I doubt they will accept your list and tell you what they think of them. But I guess we wait for their answer and see for sure.

I kindly ask for an explanation from somebody.
Page 42:
"Upon a successful token sale 20% of raised funds will be dedicated to the Innovation fund and 10% will be allocated to the Reward fund. "

Page 45:
The left pie chart represents the distribution of all 100% tokens. The right one shows revenue allocation. But if it is written on page 42, that tokens will go immediately to funds, why are they not represented on the left pie chart? I do understand that revenue will go to 4 parts once it starts generating, but shouldn´t there be more parts on the left pie chart?

Sorry, I guess it might be a stupid question, but I really don´t understand it.

Thank you for your question! If you look at the brace in the middle and a white line pointing at it you will understand that it's all about tokens and the right pie is a "purchasers" in details.  Smiley

Oh :/ I had my white paper printed out and that line is almost invisible on the paper! haha, sorry and thank you, resolved Cheesy

Who knows what tomorrow brings so I don´t really look back and bang my head, but of course I would be better off if I would buy more in 2014 when I first discovered the scene. I remember saying to my friend "I must be insane paying 300 dollars for this thing" Cheesy

Learn from the past mistakes but let us all remember that our lives are going in the opposite direction. I believe future is bright, cheers Smiley

I believe VR / AR is coming with a full swing. After the 80s and 90s debacle of the technology when it just wasn´t ready for a massive adoption by the general public, I think the time has come that this technology can offer us something really remarkable, outside gaming! There are a lot of companies out there developing the next big thing and a lot of money is poured in. I have a friend who is working in this space and he is doing just this - trying to get content in VR / AR world. Cappasity is something I see having a great potential as it comes naturally, it just makes sense that people will need this ecosystem as you guys are describing your solutions beyond just the market place. And I sense confidence since you are a working company, not just an idea / a white paper Smiley

I am still new around here but this project speaks to me, so I will pay a close attention and spread the word about it. And I do need to check how those bounty programs really work Cheesy  Good luck guys and gals from Cappasity!

Hi, please clarify this for me.

https://medium.com/blackmoon-crypto/what-is-the-downside-protection-752bec43e417
"Blackmoon Crypto will put aside 30% of all funds raised in the crowdsale. These funds cannot be used for the next 24 months for any purpose other than the buy-back of BMC tokens. "

https://medium.com/blackmoon-crypto/the-bmc-token-d027a0b35cc
"30% of the BMCs will be allocated to the Company reserve and locked for a minimum of 36 months. This reserve is a source of the Company’s income after the Distribution Period."

Are we talking about the same pool of reserves? I don´t understand the difference in the period - why do you set it differently and not just 24 month for both? Is this a part of some financial calculation that an extra year will generate enough revenue from BMC tokens?

Thanks!

"IMPORTANT: We’re sad to announce but unfortunately we don’t accept funds transferred via Ethereum Wallet by Freewallet or Coinbase Ethereum Wallet. We recommend using Jaxx Blockchain Wallet or MyEtherWallet.com instead."

Guys, sorry for a newbie question, but I always get scared when I see these restrictions. Is MIST wallet OK for sending ether? Thank you!

BMC looks great, wish you all the success!
