New Block Explorers are up: http://interzone.space:8080 New but should be working now including rich lists and searchable transactions. Can the dev please clarify why 50K ITZ were moved the day of the Nova listing?
These coins were sent in exchange for listing on NovaExchange in lieu of BTC. A Yobit listing has also been paid for but hasn't happened yet. |

IMPORTANT:
A Masternode payment issue was discovered which required some changes to the code-base. Interzone is a long-term project with the goal of building on masternode technology and some of our framework code was preventing payments from working as expected. Version 1.4 implements fixes for masternode payments.
Please Update to version 1.4 as soon as possible!
Download links are being updated now, Github source code has been updated. If building from source, 'make clean' is required before pulling and rebuilding with the updated changes.
Because of the issues with Masternodes, people not being able to set them up in time for the 10K block, and to give ample time for everyone to upgrade their clients, we have pushed back masternode rewards to block 20,000. This is approximately 10-12 days away. This is a good fair balance of time to allow for the EAP node-holders to work out kinks in their set up, minting to generate enough coins for a few additional nodes strengthening the network, and give time for all clients to upgrade.

We have become aware of a Masternode Payment issue.
Masternodes were slated to start getting very small payments at block 1000, then 25% at block 10K, then 50% at block 250K. However, the customizations done to our current wallet are preventing Masternodes from seeing payments correctly. We will have an upgraded client fix up for this in the next 24-48 hours which will return the nodes to correct operation.
In order to ensure fairness and to give the network enough time to completely upgrade, the updated client will push back masternode payouts for approximately 40 days, to block 50,000. At block 50K, masternode payments will commence at 25% as slated before and after block 250K it will increase to 50% as planned.
We will update the threads as soon as the new clients are available.

is this really not an ICO ? Early Access Program Now - 9/30/2017 OR until block 1000 THIS IS NOT AN ICO. The Early Access Program is a way for the Interzone network to fund some simple early development tasks while building a community of NetworkNodes strengthening the Interzone from launch. Early Access Tokens will be available at a rate of 5000 tokens per .01 BTC or .0000002 per token in parcels of 5000 minimum. Purchasing Early Access Tokens will get you a main-net ready client and tokens. To prevent instamining but to allow for Early Access Tokens to be transferred and NetworkNodes established the main-net will not begin producing full block rewards until block 1000 and NetworkNodes will only receive 1% of block rewards until block 10,000. To ensure a fair launch, the main-net ready client will only be available to EAP buyers until all NetworkNodes are sold OR block 1000 is reached. Once either of those happens, the main-net client will be released publicly. We're not looking for much, just a bit to get us going and have offered these nodes to cover those expenses. The first 1000 blocks are 0.01 ITZ reward, so people who want to get a node early can set them up. Once we hit block 1000 OR all 50 nodes are gone, mining will commence with normal block rewards. |

How to start mining this?
Sounds like early investors get the wallet and chance to mine before those that don't invest. Sounds like an interesting project though. I would love to jump in and mine it myself. Minting under block 1000 is only 0.01 per block so we can move ITZ back and forth to the people who want to fund a NetworkNode. Once we hit block 1000 or have no nodes left, we'll release the main-net client and you can start mining! This is simply to be able to transfer ITZ before hand, at the rate we're going, open minting for all won't be long. Anyone have a suggestion for a good old coin to mine that is still kind of profitable?
I think Ethereum, Litecoin is a very profitable altcoin to invest and Ethereum is also profitable for mining. I am trying to mine some ETH now, I haven't thought much about LTC recently. Thanks for the suggestions! |
