Is something wrong with the mining? I can't seem to get any credit for the hashes

I'm not sure if it's been brought up - I looked briefly, but didn't find anything - but I noticed that when you change your password in your Coinpot account, you can still reuse the old passwords. I've tested this a few times and it does indeed prove out. I contacted support about this, but of course they never responded.

Just wanted to put it out there as this seems to be the only really somewhat active thread for the site, yet unofficial.

This is a huge issue on many levels!

Hey guys, I'm interested in mining, but I'm having a hard time finding info for solo/pool mining
I would be very gracious if someone could point me in the right direction
I've got 2 Moonlanders 2's that I'm using for LTC and want to try out some other coins

Algo: POSV3 from the OP.

Ah yeah, just found that a bit ago. Thought this was still using Scrypt. Oh well!  Grin

Up and running! Going to tweak the settings a bit more tonight, but out of the box the only thing I needed to change was the clock frequency. Mine wouldn't start at the default 600. I tried 756 as someone else suggest it, that didn't work, so I changed it to 540 and it's been running since last night.

What hub are you using? Seems to be the biggest factor in what clock settings work.

Nothing too fancy: https://www.amazon.com/TRPU360004R-4-Port-USB-3-0-Mini/dp/B00INATEEW

It just barely gets 1A per port and only does 2A overall (I'm only running 2 sticks), I may eventually get another one more suitable, but it does the job for now.

From the HolyBitcoin spec:
Quote
FutureBit MoonLander 2 Scrypt Miner Specs:
(these are prototype specs and can change in production version)

– 3mh to 5mh scrypt performance per miner
– uses about 1.5w/mh for most of that range
– core clock from 500mhz to nearly 1GHz!
– fully customizable core voltage range from .6 – 1v
– Fully redesigned 5v->core voltage stage with about 95% efficiency
– Heavy duty/over speced parts were used to ensure wide range of operation (stick can be pushed to nearly 6mh if you can cool it)
– status LEDs for power, TX and RX transmission
– uses latest bfgminer 5.4 for control
– Will work with all Mac OS, Linux, and Windows based PCs, as well as RPi’s etc (and I will be offering easy to use pre-compiled binaries)

Where will the binaries and/or set-up guides be found once available?
