As helpful as always, this community.
2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Buying cryptos with an Entropay VCC on: May 09, 2018, 02:08:05 PM
Hi guys, So I accepted a $100 payment from a client in Entropay. I'd like to withdraw it to my bank account in India with as little fees as possible. The best option I could find was on changelly.com but they're charging a $15 flat fee which seems a bit high for my amount. Would you guys be kind enough to suggest an alternative?
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / [ReqHelp] Setting up portable command line miner with algo switching on: April 08, 2018, 06:48:24 AM
Hello guys and gals, so I'm trying to create a portable miner with profit switching for a client. Basically we need to be able to start it from command line and it should:
- Download & install dependencies
- Download miners
- Benchmark algos
- Fetch profitability info and start mining

I've tried quite a few like nicehash legacy, aiominer, aaronsauce's miner, multiminer but always face one issue or the other which causes me give up and try another package. Mostly the issues are with dependecy installs (aiominer handles it quite well though) or getting it to run from command line without any clicks needed.

Would be grateful if someone could point me into the right direction.

Thanks,
Jain
4  Economy / Exchanges / Are there any legit exchanges out there? on: December 20, 2017, 08:11:25 PM
I've been trading with Bitfinex with a few weeks now. Barring the occasional downtime, it seems like an excellent exchange with a great interface. No issues with them. Until today that is, I transferred 1.05XMR to them and it never showed up (Followed their deposit instructions precisely as always. Not my first deposit with them). I've opened a ticket with them and contacted them on reddit but no response in the 12 hours so far. If you take a look at their reddit page: https://www.reddit.com/r/bitfinex, there's pages upon pages of complaints about missing deposits and withdrawals. OK, it's a large exchange and occasional mistakes happens, but most of their supplicants have to wait for weeks and months(!) before their ticket is addressed, if it's addressed at all. That's really a deal breaker for me. Fuck ups happen but they need to be fixed promptly. I mean really, their BTC/USD volume is $1billlion+. With the minimum fees of 0.2% per trade (taker+maker), that's $2million daily in revenue for them. You'd think a decent support system would cost a fraction of that amount but only they can know their real priorities.

Anyway I currently only have 0.1 BTC in there but somehow I doubt I'll get back the full amount easily from them. Oh well, lesson learnt. This time I want to do my due diligence before picking an exchange.

I'm just looking for an exchange where:
- Deposits and withdrawals are processed timely. Preferably within the hour.
- Responsive support in case something goes wrong.

Appreciate your suggestions.

Cheers,
Jain
5  Economy / Services / Re: [WTS] Web debugging services on: September 04, 2017, 02:12:45 PM
@Joel_Jantsen: Why so salty friend? How come I offend you so much?
6  Economy / Services / [WTS] Web debugging services on: September 04, 2017, 01:52:57 PM
Hello there, I'm a JS expert looking to offer web debugging services.

Website loading at the speed of snail mail? Facing CSS frutrations? Some button giving you the finger? Need a new API endpoint? DB optimization? Or simply make a few changes to the frontend? Want someone honest, quick and reliable? Look no further for I'm your man.

I can quote the exact price when you provide the problem details but you can expect it to be around $10/hour (in BTC to be sure). Send me a PM, I'll reply with my Skype ID and we can talk.

Cheers,
Jain
