2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: January 08, 2018, 07:39:04 AM
It seems that experts say that Bitcoin 'Here to Stay,' But Banks Could Disappear.

"TheStreet: How do you think FinTech will impact the way banks operate?

Frank Schwab: Banks either react on, or they will disappear. Anyway, the consolidation of the banking industry accelerates as the behaviour of people changes. Some banks will benefit from [FinTech], some will be pushed to the back end, and some will disappear."
http://www.thestreet.com/story/13419089/1/bitcoin-here-to-stay-but-banks-could-disappear-says-fintech-expert.html

What's your read on that?

3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a financial pyramid? on: January 08, 2018, 12:46:49 AM
Bitcoin is a financial pyramid? Will not the loss of wallets and the limited number of bitcoins to high deflation lead to the destruction of Bitcoin? How many bitcoins are there now? What generally supports this currency?it is very interesting to hear your opinion on this)
Right now I'd be careful investing in it, because it's near its all-time high, and that's exactly the point at which people start inflating the bubble and then it pops.  Can't say for sure if or when that's gonna happen, but I get the feeling that it will.  We'll see.  But it's not a scam.

I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin?  is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?

i honestly can not think of anybody who does not benefit from bitcoin! even banks that some people say are against bitcoin or bitcoin is against them are happy about bitcoin. not only bitcoin introduced blockchain technology to them to improve their business but also it has opened up new ways for banks to make money.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government put on tax on bitcoin on: January 07, 2018, 01:22:11 PM
If the goverment put tax to bitcoin transaction, what will the consequences?

The profit will decrease and attraction also decrease in my opinion. How about yours
In my own opinion hmm i think if government put an taxes in bitcoin many investors will back out coz the price of bitcoin will decrease and coz we all know that one of the reason why we invest money in bitcoin coz there no taxes to get your profit 100% no less so if government put an taxes on bitcoin thats the result many investors will back out..
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be more profitable in the upcoming years? on: January 06, 2018, 05:33:11 PM
So 2017 proved to be the best for the bitcoin till now but still the great Officials of many companies are busy in predicting the greater roadmap of btc in 2018 and so on so will it be possible for bitcoin to go more and more high ?
I think bitcoin is still increasing so that mean this upcoming year is profitable.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people sell bitcoins? on: January 06, 2018, 11:49:46 AM
Worldwide, especially in my place, must sell it for profit rather than always keep it!
The government always forbids the use and play bitcoin so that it can not grow fully potential in my place. Surely it remains an advantage if there is a transaction rotation for bitcoin in my country to live.
We all know that in the first place we buy bitcoin and just wait to increase the price and then sell your bitcoin for the profit.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: January 06, 2018, 09:31:35 AM
I have heard that bitcoin is not supported in some countries. But why ? Is it because bitcoin is risky ? Some countries even declare 6 months jail if her people use bitcoin. Is it fair ? I mined few cryptos and have left mining. It was fun and challenging too. But I never got any clear answer. What does my gpu actually do ? I pay electric bill, my room temperature goes high and I get paid. With actually no skill on pc hardware and software. Whole thing is still pretty unclear to me
I think because they scared that criminals or bad people use bitcoin to do some illegal activity or againts in the government and they dont have a control or access in bitcoin hmm and bitcoin doesnt pay tax.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin used by criminals ? on: January 06, 2018, 06:03:45 AM
I once read an article that says bitcoin is used as a payment transaction for terrorists and hackers. And maybe you guys in this forum also already know it. But here i want to convey my personal opinion in that matter. I think that internet and bitcoin interrelated. Many terrorists and criminals use internet .so also with bitcoin which used perpetrator However, despite all these issues, do people make concrete efforts to ban the internet? No. Not because removing and banning Bitcoin is difficult, but because the internet offers more positive than negative. For the same reason, we have to be more careful about our mindset for Bitcoin, because much evidence has shown that Bitcoin brings many positive, if not more, effects than the internet. Internet and Bitcoin are just devices that 'bad guys' and 'good people'. Fortunately, the world is filled with more people in the 'good people' category.
I've heard and i've read in some articles that some criminals and goverment official used bitcoin to buy illegal guns illegal medicine or to comand the hackers we all know that if you are not a newbie here.. But we all know too that we can use bitcoin to suppory us finnancialy were have a brain and we all matured that we know the bad and good.p

13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: January 02, 2018, 04:27:08 PM
Bitcoin trading these days has become so rucreative that I am tempted to quit my present job which is not giving me enough time to explore more out of bitcoin world...

What's your take on this, should I go ahead and quit?

Thanks
I think this is risky coz you dont need to quit your job, You need a permanent job and use bitcoin as another way to earn money so that you can have a lot of money coz you have a job and get the money from your job and invest money im bitcoin then you get a double money when you sell your bitcoin in high price.. My advise is dont quit your job..

17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you ever convince or encourage someone to invest in Bitcoin? on: December 22, 2017, 05:18:27 AM
Bitcoin has been awesome and will always be awesome. We, who have been involved in Bitcoin since the very early days understand this very well. However, for the laymen, for the people who don't really understand the technical aspects of Bitcoin or those who only watch the mainstream media are skeptic about Bitcoin. Since, all they hear in the News is how Bitcoin can be used for illegal activities and how it offers complete anonymity (common misconception) to people to do what they need on Internet.

Have you ever convinced or encouraged anyone to invest in Bitcoin and did you have success? Of course, since we know that we are giving a good advice, so we would usually advice our own family members or friends about this.

In the past few months, I encouraged some of my friends to invest in Bitcoin. They had a lot of questions about it from technical perspective and I helped them understand. They invested in Bitcoin and are very happy with the returns. And now this information propagates and more people will get involved in Bitcoin.

In my humble opinion, as a Bitcoin enthusiast, we can help understand people the positive aspects of Bitcoin. The price of Bitcoin is still in the very initial stages and those of us who really understand what Bitcoin offers, know that Bitcoin Price is only 1/10th of what it's worth right now.

What are the most common responses you get from laymen about investing in Bitcoin?

Some popular ones I receive are:

1. "Oh, it's already too expensive, I cannot afford to buy it."
2. "The governments don't regulate it, why should I invest in it?"
3. "It's an illegal currency and only cyber criminals use it."
4. "What backs up Bitcoin? For example US Dollar is backed by Trust (all time favorite response Cheesy), but what backs up Bitcoin?"
5. "The market is way too volatile to invest."
6. "You can't really use Bitcoin as a currency."
Hmm yes some of my friends i encourge them to invest in bitcoin to earn money i just encourge my friends that who need money.. I just want to help others coz at first my friends help me and i just want to help others to help them financially..

Coz we all know that many people that they dont know what bitcoin is they think that bitcoin is for illegal transaction and illegal activity especially the government they dont know the true value of bitcoin, or they afraid that they cannot control the bitcoin and the bitcoin doesnt have taxes to pay..

20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: December 21, 2017, 03:20:09 PM
What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation? What are they waiting for? Any good reason?
I think they hold it because they wait to increase high the bitcoin then they sell it get the profit and also to get back the investment.
