Da du die Bitcoins über Dienstleistungen bekommen hast, musst du das natürlich nicht. In deiner gewerblichen Steuererklärungen steht das ja bereits drin und das FA weiß über die Herkunft bescheid. Da du die Bitcoins im Gegenzug zu gewerblichen Tätigkeiten erhalten hast, gilt die 1 Jahres Frist für dich nicht. |

sort of the same problem here. it looks like i got verified, i can move freely around the site. My funds showed up(at least about 60% of them) when my account was still blocked, but now i'm verified, my funds seem to be missing. There have been no withdrawals/transactions to be seen in history. So it does not look like i got hacked. Support doesn't answer/comply to any of the tickets
You are not hacked. btc-e (now called Wex) is taking the coins of recently verified accounts (that's why there's nothing in your history). At least they only take BTC and LTC out of your account. There are several postings on a few platforms about this issue. Short summary for you: They took BTC/LTC after verification for the recently approved verifications. I don't think they will give it back, because they do not answer on tickets for this "issue". If you had any other coins or USD you still have this balance, they just took BTC / LTC. And yes, before my verification I saw my BTC balance that were still on wex.nz. They took it after the approval. They never gave all US customers an opportunity to cut and run. Maybe only US customers with no issues w/ verification or access... So basically, those of us who had F2A delinking issues, inactivity lockout issues, or IP whitelist issues before the shutdown and didn't get them fully resolved before the shutdown are now screwed.
So the only way for US citizens to "verify" is to obtain residency in a non-US country... great...
At the moment they are setting BTC & LTC balance to zero for every account after getting verified. So it doesn't even matter where you are from. In this forum and on reddit there are also ppl from europe (like me) & russia confronted with this probleme. Only btc and ltc? or all crypto balances? And it seems like at least some people don't have that problem, unless they're the ones that never had to verify in the first place? I just had some dollars on btc-e after verification. They are still on there. BTC and LTC gone, but I did not hold any other crypto on btc-e. But I already read that other cryptos are not effected like USD. I don't know who is selected for the balance remove. But it looks like the probleme just started few days and older verifications never had that issue. |

I have another case of BTC balance disappearing after verification completed to report. I could log in and see BTC balance before, now zero, no transactions or trades history. I still had some USD and other balances, which I turned to BTC and withdrew. The withdrawal came through, so I feel that if someone was trying to scam me why would they have left anything in the account? I have read other reports from people who say all balances were zeroed though. Hopefully this is a temporary mistake.
Yes, I thought the same. USD balance seems to be uneffected by the setting "zero" coins after verification. Unfortunately it's only 0,000001 USD in my case... but few btc. |

They haven't got their Verification provider sorted out yet, they are not using the same provider as BTC-e did.
Verification is supposedly up, but screws all U.S. account holders, as they will not verify U.S. accounts. Is anyone having the issue, that the balance is zero for every currency and there is no Trade History or anything else after verification? Before verification, there was balance on my account from BTC-E.
same here..zero funds....although i saw my 1.2 btc before the verification form turn them to ?? and then to 0 now. There are also some posts on reddit about it. It looks like they reset balances of accounts that are just recently verified in the past days. I can't read posts with same issues with verifications that are already older. |

Gibt es noch eine aktive alternative zu localbitcoins? Ich würde gerne Bitcoins gegen Bargeld anbieten.
Bitcointreff ist mir bekannt, jedoch gibt es dort bei weitem nicht so aktive Käufer und Verkäufer wie bei localbitcoins.
Kennt ihr bessere Anlaufstellen, um Kontakte zu finden? Hier im Forum habe ich gesehen, dass regionale Anfragen eher auch nicht so sehr nachgefragt werden.

I have the same probleme since btc-e.nz. It looks they suspended some accounts with balance on it. But now it will be too late to restore the accounts.
