maybe inkha is genuine about it, but that 'just wait a bit longer'-thing has been done too many times in crypto for people to believe it anymore.

i just wanted to chime in and tell you guys that the dev literally posted everything up front in this ann.
lots of us meet earlz daily on irc, and others can probably attest to his credibility. this is not your random newbie dev, read the ann and shut up.

The 'patience friend' trick doesn't work anymore in crypto, friend.

can someone help me get the nvidia miner to work? 2x750ti's, win64. using driver 344.11
can someone with same setup confirm that theirs work?

i have a 660 in slot 0 that im not using, and the 750ti's in slot 1+2

my command is
ccminer.exe -a pluck  -o stratum+tcp://sup.suprnova.cc:7777  -u xxx.750ti -p x -d750ti#1,750ti#2 --throughput 4.,4. -f 1

this gives me bsod after a hefty driver-crashing-flickering event.

halp plox?

The 660 needs ccminer30.exe, the 750 needs ccminer.exe.

I am not using the 660 for mining. It's a desktop/gaming only card. I just mention it since it's is in the system.

Try to lower the --throughput

my card is gt 650 m and my throught value is 0.4

You can try between 0.4 and 1.1 values for throught

What is a value range i can try and not get bluescreen every time?
Its rather annoying since i need to restart a lot of stuff for it.
I have absolutely no problems with this setup for any other coin types.

@ djm34

Anything to do about lag?

My system is at a crawl while mining this.

Also one rig with 3 750ti's crashes the driver but on another rig it works fine. Both on Windows 6rbit and same Nvidia driver. Weird. Also exact same bat.

I also got two 750ti's and i get BSOD as well.

Yes, the logo reminds me old good Commodore64 times. Don't change it.

Hi there,
This coins looks quite different so I have started to buy some coins.
I bought some this morning and transferred back to my wallet for staking.
However, it is taking along time to appear in my wallet and I am sure it will turn up soon.
This is where my concerns lies as I presume transaction speed is based on staking rate across the network ?
Now is the 24 hours putting people off or is it too long as everyone reboots their every time.
Also is there is a transaction explorer ?
Many thanks
Lee

Staking blocks is frequent enough. If anything, the delay is from your exchange's withdraw cycles.
I move coins in and out from Bittrex all the time and its swift.

Today i got a  stake of 2.50955105 from an address that had about 80 GP in it, for those keeping count of such things:D

From what I can tell it looks like Inkha is making great progress on the development of GP infrastructure.
As a fellow coin dev I can see that Inkha is 100% committed to this coin!

I've been very busy the past month, what progress has been made exactly?
Would be nice with a little report in here i guess, i dont really like this price decline trend...
Im buying up GP regularly, and im going to buy this week as well Smiley

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [GP] GoldPieces - An expandable digital currency for online gaming on: January 23, 2015, 10:32:32 AM
It's funny how staking works:

My biggest chunk of GP used to be 82 in one address, and the highest stake i had was 1.2 or so
Then i got three chunks of 99.8 in three new separate addresses.

The funny thing is that older addresses i have with much less than 99.8 or 82 are now sometimes giving me stakes of around 2.4 Smiley

I actually like the pixelized logo concept, perhaps improving it but not changing the concept of pixelation.

Aye, pixelated gfx is proper for a game based coin.

I think blocks smaller than 100 may be better. Blocks of 100 would already be at the maximum stake potential, therefor the stake wouldn't be able to "grow" with age. There are only 1440 blocks per day(1 minute block times?) I think, I may be wrong. So not everybody will be able to stake all their blocks in a day. Smaller blocks is just a band-aid on a bigger issue.

Got me a few 100gp chunks today (actually, 99,8 after tx/withdraw fees), lets see if they beat the 88 gp chunk i have Cheesy

I like this coin because you can choose weather to participate in the high pos and take the time to use coin control or not.

Exactly, i love this.

Been buying cheap GP all day, took it from 5608 to 5745 alone. Someone is having fun trying to spam 4k orders to make it look bad.
Om nom nom is all i have to say.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [GP] GoldPieces - An expandable digital currency for online gaming on: January 20, 2015, 05:28:04 PM

This is true I do understand it. But as you say it is also true that it seems Inkha is 100% devoted to building GP infrastructure like the pet game and other long term projects. Most devs do not get to work as quickly as he has done on his projects for this coin. It is great.

Also everyone I have staked 2.5 GP from a chunk of 100 GP I had in my wallet.

As 2.5 GP seems to be the maximum it looks like my hunch was correct and 100 GP inputs would be optimal to maximize staking Wink So divide the coins into 100 GP lots and start staking a lot more every day Wink ** This info comes with no warranty but it is my opinion from my testing **
Hope someone else can post a tutorial for those that need it to do this I am too busy right now.

I think i can provide additional evidence to this.
Checking my transactions, the closer a deposit to receive-address is to 100 gp, the more often that address stakes. also, my highest stake output it 1.8 so far.
I have everything from 10 to 88 in like 30 addresses, but nothing over 88.

Price back up to over 6k... (i totally called it Cheesy )

I really like this coin situation; my stakes gets me about 100k sat per day, about 1/6 of that my mining equipment does. (~20mhs)
So my GPieces wallet is a 3.3mhs miner, really. Lol.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ccminer 1.5.1 with stats+monitoring API - opensource (tpruvot) on: January 19, 2015, 08:30:23 PM
Thanks for a great miner, it runs my two 750ti's for weeks without hiccups.

I have suggestions:

Can you add in the Interactive (-i) flag that CudaMiner has? To make the miner not take up 100% of a cards performance?

I also have a gtx660 and it would be nice to run it from your fork so that i could work on the desktop GPU as well while it mines.
In CudaMiner you can specify e.g '-i 1 0 0' to make gpu 0 interactive, while gpu 1 and 2 run at 100%.

Also would it be possible to add in Scrypt and possibly Neoscrypt? I know Nvidia doesnt do these very well, but sometimes i mine just to heat the house at winter (many others too!)

Edit: Maybe someone could take a look at the X13 module that was added in too?
My GPU graphs in Afterburner for x13 compared to x11 shows that x13 has quite a few 'GPU Usage' dips to nearly 0% GPU. X11 is quite different. Its like the switching to/from the 2 extra algos goes wrong.
My max hash reached for x11 is 3065 and 2445 for X13. (EVGA FTW edition overclocked +31/+39/+550)

Cheesy

What's happening to the price  Huh  I thought this was good shit

wow. 1200 gp got dumped at trex
it'l pick up again probably.. but its a pretty thin market when a .07 btc dump takes the price down 30%..

edit but im gonna put in some buy at the current buy levels...pretty cheap if someone decides to dump again before the spread closes
