They stole 700$ worth of coins 2 days ago, told me they will check it and here i am still waiting for 2 days... oh and they blocked me from their trollbox for 10 days for complaining there ... probably scared their users with start withdrawing and running away

I have made 2 deposits to Mercatox (new account)
0.1 Dash and 0.9 DASH

the first deposit went through
the second one wasn't credited to my account ALTHOUGH IT SHOWS AS IF IT WAS

contacted them, they replied me that "we will look into it" ... next day i contacted them again "we will look into it wait" .... today ... nothing

basically it took them 3 days to check that the deposit (which is shown in my transactions page) wasn't actually credited into the wallet balance,
and still i don't see my 700$ worth of coins anywhere

support not responding, nor doing anything...

just be aware of this scam exchange, apparently i didn't believe same stories in other threads, don't make my mistake

- Supports cold and hot wallets, most of the deposits go to the cold wallet, a small amount is left in the hot wallet for withdraws, if there are not enough DASH in hot wallet, a withdraw request is created and emailed for the administrator to add funds to the hot wallet. once funds are added, the withdraws resume.
- Denominations are dynamic, can be changed (for example 1 dash = 1000mD ... so balances are shown in mD)
- Both Android and the Web version use websockets over ssl, and the game server is a compiled executable, so system resources are minimal, did a test with over 400 simulated players, the game was runing smooth on a 512mb ram digitalocean vps.
