MERCATOX.com scam ?

I have made 2 deposits to Mercatox (new account)
0.1 Dash and 0.9 DASH

the first deposit went through
the second one wasn't credited to my account ALTHOUGH IT SHOWS AS IF IT WAS

contacted them, they replied me that "we will look into it" ... next day i contacted them again "we will look into it wait" .... today ... nothing

basically it took them 3 days to check that the deposit (which is shown in my transactions page) wasn't actually credited into the wallet balance,
and still i don't see my 700$ worth of coins anywhere

support not responding, nor doing anything...

just be aware of this scam exchange, apparently i didn't believe same stories in other threads, don't make my mistake

oh an i got banned from their trollbox when i complained there

Have you finally received your Dash Deposit? Same story here. Deposited ETH 3.5 days ago and still my wallet is empty. Support also doesnt respond.

Something is bothering me here. They claim they are from UK. Fair enough.
But, how in the f*** is that possible to have such a broken english then

Hi,

I have a BTC transaction stuck for over 70 hours. I made a withdrawal of 0.44 (earlier on the day I did 0.56btc). I thought this should be fine because my limit was 1 btc but when it didn't processed I thought appareantly the limits are 0.999999999 or so and hence I would just have to wait till my limits were low enough again to process. However it is not processing and I didn't got a reply from the support. (Opened a ticket approximately 24 hours later and asked again in the same ticket today.

As you can read, they have a very dirty reputation and it seems they are not solving people's problems... I noticed the following:

Trust summary for MERCATOX

   Account created solely to launch 'MERCATOX' investment platform and, of course, to run a 'crowdsale' to pay for it all.

No escrow 'crowdsale' being handled solely on their own mercatox.com domain which has hidden registration details. Obvious scam is obvious.

Frankly I am astonished people still fall for this shit.

But they do.

This feedback is from year ago, so I see few people cared about this feedback. You should do some research before using certain services, this saves you money and time. Open  Scam Accusation
