On the date of 11.09.2017 ı sen 100k $ to your side. Dan told me that the reference code is wrong. One 'G' character was replaced by '6' mistakenly by my bank. I sent the order form and the swift paper to both Lynn and Dan. Dan also told me that they found my money. But you payment team is delaying my deposit. 100k is a huge amount of money. I am tier for and I sent my max daily limit. I cant stop thinking about it all day long. I already escalated the ticket via twitter. Please inform me that what am I waiting for. Patience has a end. If the reference number is very big problem send my. money back to my bank and I will pay the costs. Please dont ignore me. I need a date that you will credit my deposit. At least give me a dat for it. Hope to hear from you a.s.a.p. Waiting for the good news.

Kraken support replied me and my deposit was credited after all. But now I have another problem. They blocked my account and told me that SMCB Banks NY branch called the money back. Than they gave permission to my account to trade but with a negative deposit. I asked for them the transaction paper to ask my bank about the deposit but they did't care at all. The thing they say is they are sorry we did everything to change the banks mind to not draw back the money but they couldn't change their mind. Actually I did't sent any order to may bank to cancel the swift. Even I made an order to cancel the swift how can a bank withdraw money from an account if the owner of the account doesn't let them. This is nonsense. I reallty need a detailed explanation and the transaction paper if they really sent it back to me. I am a former Bank auditor and all these things are strange for me. Kraken support is very slow and they didn't even sent me the transaction paper. Should I ask for it. If they had sent me the paper without my ask it would me better so I would be more comfortable. But now I am really frustrated about my money.
Kraken team please send me the transaction paper and please explain how the bank can take the money back from your account?
