1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: CryptoCurrency Portfolio manager on: January 31, 2018, 07:12:04 PM
Have you tried CoinTracker? It securely & automatically syncs your transactions and balances so that you never have to manually enter a trade again. There are now daily portfolio alerts with lots of other alerts coming soon.
2  Bitcoin / Project Development / What is your favorite way to track cryptocurrency rates? on: October 30, 2017, 05:21:31 PM
Many websites offer cryptocurrency rate tracking functionality, so I'm curious:
1) What is your favorite destination for tracking this information?
2) What are your favorite features (or what features do you wish existed on this type of page)?

Context
I'm working on www.cointracker.network, a unified dashboard for tracking cryptocurrency assets, and I'd love your help to make our Rates page (www.cointracker.network/rates) as useful as possible! CoinTracker currently supports tracking over 1,600 coins including automated syncing of local wallets, ERC20 tokens, and a direct integration with Coinbase.

3  Bitcoin / Project Development / CoinTracker – Mint for Crypto on: October 16, 2017, 11:00:41 PM
A month ago I posted on Bitcoin Talk (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2181024.0) asking people how they track their cryptocurrency assets. The result of the amazing answers I saw is the creation of CoinTracker (www.cointracker.network) — a unified dashboard for tracking your cryptocurrency assets (like Mint for crypto).

CoinTracker supports over 1,600 crypto coins. It syncs your wallet balances and transactions from your local wallets and Coinbase accounts. ERC20 tokens are automatically detected from your Ethereum wallets. Overall, CoinTracker gives you a clear picture of your crypto investments, including the current portfolio, your return on investment over time, and more.

I would love to get your feedback on CoinTracker and how I can make it better to suit your use cases!

For those that have been using Blockfolio or another manual entry-based crypto portfolio manager: www.cointracker.network now supports automated sync with Coinbase.

For those who are curious www.cointracker.network has added support for 1,500+ coins & tokens and historical price graphs showing performance and investment.

Thank you all for the responses—super helpful!

It looks like a ton of folks are recommending Blockfolio which I've tried. It has all the basics. That said, I have found the UI pretty annoying/confusing in terms of picking currency pairs at the beginning of each step and lots of glitches/lag. Has anyone else experienced this or am I doing something wrong?

Until I can find something better I'm going to keep working on www.cointracker.network (if folks have other painpoints they want address, please let me know!).

I haven't managed to find a crypto portfolio tracker that works better than a spreadsheet I have. I'm curious what other folks use—would love to hear any tips about what is or isn't working for folks.

In the meantime, I'm going to try and make some improvements to my spreadsheet tool at www.cointracker.network for anyone to try (feedback welcome).

Good topic man ! I'm also looking for a cool portfolio tracker. I've tested a few of them but none of them (https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@pedrombraz/the-best-way-to-track-your-crypto-portfolio) really satisfied my needs.

At the moment, I'm looking for a spreadsheet solution but it is hard to find some time to develop a spreadsheet that can get track of current trade, make updated plots,... I want to keep it simple without investing too much time.

So if anyone has a good spreadsheet that involves these features please share :

- ability to track investments
- ability to track earned bounties
- ability to track mining
- ability to track trades
- ability to track withdrawals

Thanks for you answers

Also @lentzaj—I added ROI, ability to track investments & withdrawals at www.cointracker.network. You can also include earned bounties & mining by setting the price paid for the "buy" to be $0. For trades, still working on this but would love to hear a little more about your use case.

Thanks for all the pointers! Seems like a couple folks recommend Blockfolio. For folks who like Blockfolio—is it meeting all your needs?

I tried it out and it gets some of the base functionality. How do you deal with altcoins and tokens that aren't shown there? Also how do you calculate your cost basis including fees from transactions and see your overall ROI? Is there a way to do this in Blockfolio?
