And you all forget one thing. Neo is being dump because letting this joke of an ICO happening. Neo is going to 20$ and angry people haven't even received their neo back to dump them as well. If a fair decision doesn't happen, NEO will take month even years to get back the trust of investors

1 : Misleading information that makes hundred of thousands USD of prejudice
2 : Unfair advantage who allow a small group of selected people to earn more money

This is more than enough to start legal action and there is no doubt this ICO gonna need to correct the shot. The consequences will most probably be canceling of RedPulse ICO and refund at ICO price. Like it happened in every similar case.

This post is not biased i don't have any NEO stuck and i have RPX tokens. I just have legal experience and will dump my RPX as soon as i can because the people who will own RPX when this gonna happen will only receive ICO price.

They have lawyers but theses lawyers could not anticipate a mistake in a code that cause hundreds of thousands of dollars of prejudice. Lawyers are here to advise but they can't avoid unprofessionalism, human mistakes and frauds. They certainly didn't advise to make a fraudulent development of this ICO. They probably have advised the team to calm the victims of the fraud because they knows if it go legal they lose.

The problem is they think we are like chinese people, they send us a mail saying :

We are not living in a communist country and we have many way to get justice. They are gonna understand it the hard way, keep up with legal action and this ico is canceled in less than two month. Remember last month all the ico canceled for way less than that fraud

Go forward with the complaint to regulatory commissions, you have 100% chance to win and get this ICO canceled at least. That will allow neo to make better picks for incoming ICOs and be a little more serious about security and customer respect.

In the actual time we are living an incredible increase of fishy low quality team raising huge amounts in minutes, and regulatory commissions are looking to help investors not to get ripped off, and the fraud that happened in beginning of hour 2 more than enough for them to do their job. 2 frauds happened  : misleading information that made people lose money and giving insider tips (on closed slack) to give unfair advantage to a group of people.

The mail you received is just an attempt to calm the crowd, most of the people will accept to get ripped off and give up on this. But if only a group of <10 people go forward and make a complaint to the right commissions, there is no doubt this ico gonna be canceled, especially with what happened in China

Misleading information got a lot of people lose money, you can easily win if you are serious about legal action. I am pretty sure you can even cancel the ICO on that basis. There are some regulatory commissions who are just waiting for ICO to make a wrong step, and this is a big one.

I want to build a rig and be part of this adventure but i'm a complete noob so before i make a substantial investment i'm asking for advices from the experts. I would like to find a great ROI rig, planning to mine ETH or some alts (depending which one is the most profitable)

This is what i was suggested :

Unfortunately i live in a country where the electricity is expensive (0.19$/kWh)

I know i'm not gonna make millions but i want to do this for fun (But don't mind the income of course)

My budget is unlimited but obviously nothing too crazy, i want to be able to sleep in my flat

I'm open to any suggestion, the goal is to have the best ROI possible and a rig < 70dB which is not too big.
