For anyone using my repo of multipoolminer v2.7.1.4, pre-window hide release, please make sure to update if you are not on 2.7.1.4.3. The latest release has updated monerov7 miners, phoenix miner 2.9e, and fixes the miningpoolhub region issue if you use US servers. 2.7.1.4.3 can be found here.

If anyone would like to go back to MultiPoolMiner v2.7.1.4 pre-miner window hiding, I have a uploaded a repository with updated miners like Phoenix 2.7c and Claymore v11.5. Plan to keep miners up to date as best I can and release new versions when necessary. It also integrates with miningpoolhubstats.com for better web-based tracking.

Interesting whitepaper a project. Hope to get in on some mining once mainnet launches.

I like your idea and ideals. I think that truly making the coin distribution as decentralized and a well-rounded distribution for fair and equal participation and reward is a great idea to strive for. I look forward to the updated whitepaper with some real technical meat that can outline and layout the framework that Nevra will be built upon. I hope to be apart of the history you are creating and hope other ICOs and tokens/coins will learn from your experiences. Cheers!

Old thread, but since I ran into this issue and had to find a fix and this post is the top of google here is how to fix it:
You have to disable ULPS (ultra low power saving feature):
1) Click Start - Type regedit.exe and hit enter. 2) In reg editor, press F3 and type EnableULPS, hit enter.
3) Keep pressing F3 until it finds a key called EnableUlps in a sub folder called 0000 4) Double click the reg entry and change value from 1 to 0.
5) Keep pressing F3 until it finds a key called EnableUlps in a sub folder called 0001 6) Double click the reg entry and change value from 1 to 0.

SingularDTV is really making some great strides right now. Look forward to it's rise and accomplishments over the next few months.

If you want an up and coming coin that has a lot of potential, go all in on REQ. If not, just keep it as Eth and ride the wave. You'll make some money regardless, but REQ could double or triple your $100 in 2018, if not more.

Hi, I have some 1070 Nvidia cards and I mined for 24 hours on ahashpool. I was wondering if it would be beneficial to change to this pool instead? This pool seems to have Equihash which is favourable for Nvidia cards. The algorithms I am using now are: Skein, Xevan, Lyra2RE2, Nist5, Lbry, Skunk, Tribus, and MyriadGroest1. Pool fees at ahashpool are 1%. Thanks
I use MultiPoolMiner to mine MiningPoolHub with my 1070 and it works well. Setup isn't too bad and the developer is still active in updating it. Start with the release and go from there.

SingularDTV SNGLS easily explained:SNGLS tokens are embedded with a revenue claim against which token holders derive income from all four of SingularDTV’s revenue streams. Basically, it’s like owning dividend paying stocks in a decentralized Netflix with greater transparency and support for the content creators. SingularDTV Released applications:https://singularx.com (decentralized exchange) https://tokit.io (token creation and launchpad for projects) Dividends about to begin as there are applications generating income stream. SingularDTV upcoming:EtherVision 2018 (amazon/netflix type shop) + over 10 other apps Dividends example:If you are holding 1,000,000 SNGLS (0.1%) and SingularDTVs revenue was $100M you would get $100,000 USD which is paid in ETH to holder. BTW. SingularDTV has 300k ETH in reserves. Do you need to store SNGLS in the official lightwallet to take advantage of this? I assume the answer is yes but curious if other wallets would work too? Nope, don't need the lightwallet, you can collect your rewards, for example from MEW, using nano ledger s, if you want.. instructions coming later but it's invoking collectrewards function. SingularDTV light wallet it's been made a littler easier.. just hit a button. Good light wallet at https://tokit.ioThanks, I'll look into that. Once I thought about it more I realize my assumption was wrong as it's built on Ethereum and therefor MEW could be used and still receive.

Hello what do you think about iota 's supply? With that big ammount of coin how can this even make a x5? I think it's impossible to get value even in the remote case it could be a succsessfull project, because the total coin supply is too much. What do you think about this consideration?
Maybe some coins are more than just a value? Have you actually looked into IOTA and their whitepaper/roadmap? The plan is to use IOTA for IoT devices. Do you realize how many billions of them there will be? Please do some research before posting FUD like this.

There are a lot of shit coins out there that offer absolutely nothing other than the current value of the coin. However, there are projects and coins that will continue to grow in value overtime. Now is a great time to invest, just do research on what you are investing in.

Stay far away from Bitconnect and any other ponzi like coin scams. More and more are popping up everyday and will only continue to get worse due to Bitconnect marketing to people that don't understand it all.

Hi guys, Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that. Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc??? Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins. cheers I think you are doing very well. Actually, your portfolio distribution is better than most I see posted here. Hardware wallet choice is excellent so I think you did your research well. Continue what you are doing and add coins that you believe in. Avoid day trading until you learned enough. If I may recommend, check the following coins (not to invest on them right away but a short list to check). I invested on MOST of these myself. ARK, NEO, ZEN, RPX, GAS, KNC, LINK, STRAT, ZRX, WTC, VTC, LSK, XSPEC, REQ BTW, I did not mention BTC, ETH, and OMG since you already have them. Good luck! You are ahead of the game and in the minority because you have started investing early. Over the next 3 years, the crypto market is going to explode and will look completely different. Poink pointed out some great coins to look at. Some of the ones I will highlight and say to look at as well are: REQ, NEO, LINK, ZRX, WTC. Some of the other ones I would suggest looking into is IOTA, WAVES, ENJ, DNT, BAT, SNGLS. You don't need to nor should you invest in all, but at least have a look at them. I would highly recommend looking into REQ right now as it's completely undervalued and will have a huge year in 2018.

|
|
REQ, which is still under ICO, but barely, will be taking off soon. Their 2018 roadmap is great, you should look it up.
Whoops read alt not ICO, sorry.

Segwit2x is not happening. It has been suspended indefinitely. Could they do it at a later point? Maybe but unlikely.

Majority of people will dump I bet, and move that money into alts. I will gladly see my alts pump a bit when that happens.
|
|
|
The time to buy was a couple of weeks ago when alts were down while everyone was trying to make money off the bitcoin forks. It's still a good time to buy, but short term you will get less gains. Long term it won't matter though .
|
|
|
Interesting. Someone should setup a website to create fantasy profiles to let people not in crypto learn and understand, while seeing that they could make some money too.
|
|
|
None, don't buy ICOs. Instead wait for them to be dumped post ICO and buy when they are at a low a few days after the ICO is tradable. Right now is not a good time for ICOs, most initial investors want to make a quick buck and dump immediately.
