What are peoples getting for radeon vii for eth? I saw 3100h+ CNr @ 170w(I am assuming from wall?)

Granted there is risk in FPGA But this takes some power back from asic manufacturers who are most likely running equipment like this or better. once these can be scaled down nicely, they will replace gpu's entirely. and this was always going to happen. Gpu miners have already cut back on spending and will likely be deciding whether to get more invested into it, or less. The days of getting into mining at home with your 1 or 2 gpu's is not over, smaller cap coins with their own algos will get away from FPGA until they get big, just like ASICS.
Ultimately we will just have a middle ground between gpu's(hobbyist) and ASICS(large scale). and this first batch of miners will make a very small dent overall compared to asics for the next 6-12 months, So there is still time for gpu miners to all get their ROI. But I would rather side with FPGA to slow down companies who use asics in house before releasing to market for massive gains

Use WhatToMine.com. The best available mining calculator which tells you about the current most profitable coins to mine according to what GPU you have. Moreover, it keeps you updated with the new mine-able coins popping up and you much revenue (in BTC and USD) you can earn weekly and monthly after your electricity costs have been deducted (of course, you put the cost of your electricity as well, per kWh).
Try it out.
In general terms. How assertive is Whattomine? 80% presicion? I think the numbers on that calculator are too optimistic I do find there is a 10-20% variance. Besides when coin stats are wrong, I think they don't take pool shares into account properly... most calculators are a bit off though so just have to take them with a pinch of salt

Any hashrate increase? Like for 1.5.8. when you didnīt say anything and my vegas hashed like 200 more per rig, what a nice surprise So you getting about 2200h now or more? he say 200 per RIG not per CARD Apologies, I misread..I got really excited but it's still better I suppose. Will try it out this weekend

Hi.I hope this project will be a great success and I will also invest some money into this project.
Make sure you read through everything in the thread before handing over your money. I am also one of the people who had some 1up and we have now been left high and dry because dev had no idea what they were doing... or knew exactly what they were doing but scammed anyway

P104 will only be in my country in about 4 weeks. As far as I know it was only really released like a month or two ago. Although I did see prebuilt systems a while back with no fans(just massive heatsinks). So maybe that's why you couldn't find any

Still waiting for AD1 and I was pretty high level. Don't see the point in putting in effort for future airdrops :/

Personally I am a fan of the p106-100. From my experience they have a lower power draw and slightly better temps on the models where they increased the size of the heat sink. I haven't done extensive tests on every model/algo out there. But the testing I did showed the best ETH efficiency compared to any other GPU currently available(rx470 hynix might be better but I don't have any to test).
As for the P104-100, I don't think the eth efficiency is quite as good not to mention the price tag.
If either the p104 or p102 can show similar efficiency gains over the retail models for any of my favourite algos, then I will probably build rigs of them

1060s depend on memory when it comes to Ethereum. If you have samsung memory then they are pretty good compared with Rx570 in terms of power efficiency. Other than that. they are good at equihash coins and noescrypt

Sounds related to display output. Maybe ram but unplugging all gpus will help diagnose this. as guys above mentioned. As they suggested by going down to one/no gpu. Just set the bios to IGPU only and you can use the on board gpu. For AMD i find there is also an option called render standby that has helped me before

So the discord seems fun. and giveaways coming

I have mined with a couple different cards and the 1070 felt smooth and hashed like a beast, but I couldn't justify the extra cost. The 1050 and 1050ti are too low earnings per slot taken although I guess with the 12/13 slot mobos then maybe the cost of the system wont be in such bad ratio to it's earnings per gpu. So that left me between the Radeon RX cards and the 1060. Which meant the GPU lottery is very important Ultimately I preferred the 1060's because with samsung ram(normally in the mining cards with 3 month warranty) can get very close to the radeons in hash/w for Eth. But not cryptonite. The major bonus is actually on some of the other algos like neoscrypt, zcash, skunk, c11 and 1 or 2 other algorithms that I havn't really mined with. and for neoscrypt...the 1060 can actually almost match a 1070 in earnings 800-900kh vs 1-1.1Mh. But never had the chance to compare power efficiency between the 2
TLDR Overall I felt the 1060 mining cards were the best value for money. That being said I should have 6-8 of those and RX cards in the next couple weeks(total 12-14 gpus). Because it's good to cover weaknesses and just point them at their favorite algorithms.

I wonder if the dev would come back if we started using the platform. and also, will it work without any POW or POS people mining? How would we connect to other sites? Still hodling my coins and using for bets haha
Maybe the zeronet coins being on waves was the falling point. Maybe its better for any coins wanting to do an airdrop...not to have an exchange listed for people to dump on?

We have a group of "investors" I guess you can call it, we share masternodes that individually we would not be able to afford/risk. Works out fairly well for everyone Coins such as vivo with masternodes costing 1-2btc, means entry is very expensive, So they actually have a few groups that do this. Last I recall there was something like 20-30 shared masternodes. Sometimes members do take their share out to make their own nodes once they have accumulated enough To answer OP: Alot of coins can have multiple masternodes on a single server. depends if they can share ports/IP's. Best thing to do is join their communities and ask them

Our group has 3 shared Masternodes running nicely now. And price seems to be on sale, bought some more up this morning for another masternode Seems devs just announced Interzone chat system called rocket chat is being tested, so things seem to be going well all round in my opinion. To anyone that thinks dev is absent....hope you can calm your FUD now but thanks for the cheap coins i guess

Airdrop received dev is on top of it. Wow!

PM sent . hoping to get my first airdrop! Hope sending the waves wallet address was the right way to do it
