It is wrong to think that something can be solved in just 3 days, and there is also a weekend in which customer support works with reduced capacity. I sent usdt trc20 to my tron address,and that is the same network. My funds are still in my wallet,in the their contact. They can send me funds back,there is option in contract but they don't want to give me an answer at all. I'm waiting patiently but every day more make me realy nervious. I am their loyal customer and they can't help,they won't help me...

I can make screenshots of conversations with support if that can help to understand my problem. One of them said my funds is losted,another say funds are safe and to wait for solving,but after 4 months of transaction absolutely nothing happen. I gave them solution but with support i can't talk about that.

Hello,i want to inform everyone about cex.io
I think support from cex.io want to scam me. 4 month they can't to solve my problem. Only what they say is,wait more, our tech team need more time. Even they ask me that to pay service cost of 50$,i agreed with that amd nothing happen until now. I have all conversations with couple of people from support and believe me THEY DON'T WANT TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM,THEY WANT TO TAKE MY MONEY.
In short case,i sent trc20 usdt to my tron (trx) in cex.io by mistake because my mobile remember copied trx addresse from previous transaction.
This is complitely insane and if someone can help me with this i will be gratefull.
My funds are still in my wallet!!!!

Hello guys i have a problem. Two days ago i sent deposit from one exchange to another but transaction failed to be mined on etherscan due to OUT OF GAS.
