Go to "Debug Console" and click on the last tab "portomonee Herstel"
You can choose a couple of options like Reindex or Resync.
Click on the red bar and the command is given

Good luck!

Chain is rolled back to feb 17 2018, bought ams on march 9 2018 before rollback.

CE has opened AMS but my coins are not there, wats wrong here ?

Mailed them and they responded my coins has been withdrawn, ofc on the old chain which isnt anymore. my thoughts my missing AMS are still at CE while they say its not.

How to resolve?

I bought AMS coins from CE on march 9 2018 to setup MN

now the AMS coins in my personal wallet show as conflicted (so they are on the old chain) and since the chain rolled back those coins should be at the source where i bought them from which is coinexchange, however CE has not refunded my coins either.

How can we resolve this Kees? please help, how do I recover my coins that i bought from CE on March 9th?

I have proof that i bought them at coinexchange and I can show that the are no longer in my wallet either (they show as conflicted).

same issue above, this is wat they replied

Hi ,

We have already distributed any AMS balances to users who held funds within CoinExchange.

As your funds had been withdrawn to a different location, it is up to the AMS developers to credit your missing balance at that location, not within CoinExchange.

We suggest contacting the AMS developers to seek recovery of your funds.

Sincerely,

My ticket is open with CoinExchange for over 50days now, I keep updating it but no response from them. That's why i am here asking the community / Dev for a way..

The dev speaking to CE is a way to get this sorted for us.

Please post helpful replies, we need help here

your coins are at the source you said it your self. they have your coins or they owe them to you. Not the Dev that should be doing code. asking two anonymous entity's to meet and speak on your behalf  will not happen. You can help yourself or you can sit here asking a uninterested third party to do it for you. The Dev is not the exchange/ Work it out with them

aand that's just your opinion. we heard the same response from you earlier, we heard you.

I would like to hear others/Dev's opinion. You are not entitled to speak on their behalf.

I'm sure our dev is a kind and understanding person and has a different opinion from you.

you are retarded. stop bugging the Dev fool. Go to the exchange

Well Fishmaster,

As per the CE reply it seems he did a withdrawal before everything stopped as CE clearly stated that they credited the wallets which had balance. So clearly it's not a dev or exchanges mistake.

I got mine credited as I had it in exchange.

keep calm fishmaster42, remember yobit cold storage, what did you do then? what should I remind you again.

My brother still locked away in here 20 days now, is there any hope for me?

very bad I was in the two worst conditions for the AMS.

it is a mistake to burden keesdewit on this issue because it is purely a coinexchange mistake, but who else can we ask for help because coinexchange throws this problem into AMS dev. I make PM to keesdewit and make ticket to coinexchange, everything goes in the back, I do not want to disturb other members of the community.  Now waiting answer from kees for solution.

Exactly why i know how this works. If the guy would give a tx id so we can look into it. we can help as you know Kees is very busy. lets put up some txids and look this stuff up. if the coins are yours and they owe you we need to make them pay you. not throw everything in the face of Kees.
