The price is rising because there are more buyers than sellers. People are buying because the technology is the best in the blockchain space at the moment.Ethereum relative to Bitcoin is massively undervalued, and Bitcoin is far too slow and too expensive to use anymore.

I my opinion say Dash and Monero, but Dash has already had its run two weeks ago Dash would pause at current level for some time before advancing again. But Monero! Monero is still lacking behind BTC but a lot and if you look at its history you could be guaranteed its price would only rise against USD, very quickly, for sure!
Also you can count on ETH I like the coin very much, still ahead of her and buying now it will be possible to make good money, of course there are also more profitable in percentage correlation of the coin, but for me stability is important

After hearing of accounts getting banned by Bittrex (supposedly the best-centralized exchange, currently), I’ve asked myself the same question a number of times. I’m sick and tired of running the risk of losing my Bitcoin due to an undeserved account ban, to which support won’t reply in many months.
I think the best-decentralized exchange doesn’t exist yet. But it’s about to, and I think it will be Altcoin.IO. The project looks really promising to me because it’s backed by a team of knowledgeable people. One of those guys is Nick ‘Pizpie’ Cote. And I know a guy who knows Pizpie. And that guy has insider info. Insider info which he relays to me.
From what I’ve heard, here’s what you can do on Altcoin.IO: Set both a Stop Loss as well as a Take Profit conditional order at the same time. This means you can set-and-forget trades, something most other exchanges won’t allow. Lend out your Bitcoin to margin traders, who use it to make short trades. You get a few percentage points of interest on lending it out, yielding you truly passive income. To me, these are the 2 main features that other exchanges are missing.
This is an exchange by traders, for traders. I expect a lot from Altcoin.IO.
They are launching in early 2018, so it looks like the crypto community will soon get the decentralized exchange that it so sorely needs and deserves!

There are many observations and assumptions being made about the spike in bitcoin cash price and what are its main driving forces. While those who are new to the play, there are many and a lot of it involves ‘kingpins' with moving funds and coins around to fluctuate the newly formed low-trade volume altcoins (which technically bitcoin cash is an altcoin). As we see the history of Bitcoin Cash unfold from August 1 to mid-November 2017, we can see how many of the ‘whales' of bitcoin (large holders of bitcoin – usually a few hundred coins) sold off their BCH and exchanged it for more BTC. Now depending on the margins and numbers you trade at vs what amount of 1:1 ratio exchange you had prior to August 1, this can be a dramatic tool and mechanism for moving the needle on the price of bitcoin cash.As longtime bitcoin holders buy up everyone pawning off their bitcoin cash for ‘free money', it drove the price of BCH to low $300 and set there for months. Then, we see it hit another tier to hover around $600 and then decided to 2-3x itself in a matter of hours/a day. We can expect this kind of extreme manipulation to begin to become more frequent but should be a great way to continue learning about how the world's money system is being shaken.

Before investing in an ICO.
Evaluation of the whitepaper
One of the most important ICO investment evaluation tips – take time to read the whitepaper for each project and ICO you want to invest in. White papers are long and sometimes confusing. Sometimes they puzzle you in understanding how the company will operate. While reading the whitepaper, focus on the strong and weak aspects and complement what you read with personal research. If you read the document thoroughly, I am sure it will help you to discover the value that each project proposes to add to the world.
Crypto community and the media
The crypto community is crucial for all investors. The community talks a lot and also dedicated to discussing whether it is worth investing in ICOs. You should check out CoinFund Slack Channel, CoinSchedule, CryptoCompare, CryptoSmile, and CyberFund and see what the general opinion is. However, social media and networking sites are also relevant when evaluating ICO investment. It is better to avoid bounty posts.
Venture Capital support and the stage of the project
Venture Capital support. One of the most relevant questions you should ask yourself when evaluating the ICO investment is the stage of the project. Generally, ICO projects consist of some lines of working code, which is considered as reliable. Before making an investment, see whether the project has to back from venture capital firms (VCs). Find out the information about the VCs on the project’s website. Also see whether there is a previous investment and if there is, who the investors are.
Assess the team
Research is must when you are evaluating a fresh ICO investment. I recommend you to investigate the members of the ICO team thoroughly, in particular, discover their experience. Search them on Google and read through their profiles on LinkedIn.Check out whether the team holds any kind of experience in cryptocurrencies. Ensure that some of them have been involved in ICOs in the past.

XRP has very little value when their competitors can offer the same exact services without the need for a native asset.
Ripple’s core competition are the new breed of ‘permissioned’ blockchains that have been developed by Hyperledger, JP Morgan and R3 Corda. These blockchains do the same things as Ripple, offering to trade financial assets on the blockchain without high costs.
But what Ripple’s competitors realized was that they could offer transactions without any fees by utilizing identity management in their blockchain service. This makes sense, as even Ripple designed the concept of ‘Trust Lines’ so that banks would only work with organizations they had previous relationships with. The permissioned blockchains just took this a step further and focused only on these trusted relationships. Without the native asset, of course.
The problem with XRP is that it’s not enabling any new features, but adding an additional cost that the competition does not have.

At this moment in time there are 92M coins of Ether available. Supply of Ether will become flat data over time. For now, the supply of Ether keeps on growing, but we will soon reach a point, probably in one or two years, where new coins will be equally created against the number of coins that go out of circulation. That is the intent of the Ether community, so we take that as our working assumption. So for long term forecasting the supply of Ether is not a very important indicator; supply is certainly relevant in the short term but our forecasting timeframe has a long term horizon.

Litecoin was the first to alter Bitcoin and the most significant difference is that it takes 2.5 minutes for Litecoin to generate a block, or transaction, in comparison to Bitcoin’s 10 minutes.‘While this matters little to traders, miners who use hardware to run Bitcoin’s network cannot switch over to Litecoin. This keeps bigger mining conglomerates away from Litecoin because they cannot easily optimize their profits by swapping to another coin, contributing to a more decentralized experience. Litecoin also has bigger blocks, and more coins in circulation, making it more affordable and swift when transacting,’ Investopedia explained.
As explained above, Litecoin can transact a lot faster than Bitcoin, but there are also a number of other characteristics that investors need to know before trading. According to Coindesk, Litecoin can handle higher volumes of transactions because of the capability of transacting faster and if Bitcoin attempted to transact on the scale of its altcoin, a code update would be needed.

As things stand, Litecoin has the third highest market capitalization, approximately 5 billion dollars, in the cryptocurrency world, trailing after Bitcoin, about 150 billion dollars as of this writing, and Ethereum, around 40 billion dollars. Nevertheless, performance-wise, Litecoin has outperformed both Bitcoin and Ethereum over the past year, with appreciation values reaching 2000 %. Hence, attempting to make Litecoin price predictions for 2018 may be well worth our effort, regardless of the fact that all cryptocurrencies are very volatile at the moment, given their nascent state.

According to ETH Gas Station, the CryptoKitties game accounts for over 10% of network traffic on Ethereum. As traffic increases, transactions become more expensive to execute quickly.
"The real big issue is other major players looking for alternatives to Ethereum and moving to different systems," Mr Hileman said.
"There's definitely an urgency for Ethereum to try and address this issue."

I honestly think that the cryptocurrency is not going to be worth very much in the future. And not because Ripple is going to be unsuccessfully… I believe it will. It’s because XRP has very little value when their competitors can offer the same exact services without the need for a native asset.

The problem with XRP is that it’s not enabling any new features, but adding an additional cost that the competition does not have.
I don’t believe that this will harm Ripple Labs in the short term. But if the cost of XRP keeps rising and banks have to pay more to use Ripple, Ripple Labs has the ability to give XRP away for free or flooding the market with XRP to bring the price down. After all, they do own a majority of the XRP available to the world and have the ability to use it as they please.
The reason they would devalue their own currency is because Ripple is competing to win the financial banking industry, not creating the highest market cap currency. Cheap XRP serves their organization much more than expensive XRP.

Depends which airdrop you participate into. Those Ethereum based Token airdrops are mostly worthless. There may still be some legitimate token airdrops with good intentions to make it big but its hard to find. On the other hand, DeepOnion is one airdrop which is currently the best.

Ethereum is the most promising technology investment out there. It's quickly proving to be one of the most profitable investments of all time.
Since its birth in 2016, the digital currency has grown by over 1,100%.
digital-currency-ethereum
On its way up, it has made paupers into millionaires. And its growth is accelerating. If you had bought Ethereum in February, you would have tripled your investment by now.
At Ethereum’s current growth rate, $500 dollars can be expected in the near future. Digital currency analysts think that we could see $500 before the close of the year.
In the long-term, the currency is projected to enter the thousands. That means if you want to get in on this investment, you need to buy now.
For those of you who don’t know what Ethereum is, it's important to understand that it is much more than a digital currency.

Some of them noted that, although Bitcoin holds the major part of the whole cryptocurrency market cap, other coins seems to have very good prospects. Some of them may even overreach the results of their ‘big brother’ and take first place as the most popular, secure and fast growing coin. Ethereum breathes at Bitcoin’s back Right now, the main competitor to the world’s largest cryptocurrency Bitcoin is Ethereum (ETH). When Bitcoin goes down, Ethereum holds on or even rises in price. While on June 11 Bitcoin’s price fell down and took the other altcoins into the stage of price corrections, Ethereum managed to hold on and continued growing. Some cryptocurrency experts are placing bets on Ethereum taking the lead soon.
