You want to buy btc from Algeria, Dubai, Tunis, and france by cash and it will be happen from face to face. I think if it is legit then someone will met on your behalf. I don't know what brings you here. Just a suggestion because maybe you do not know. Did you try bitcoin oasis? It's based in MENA. Also try local bitcoins and do the meet ups. I think you can buy that amount here but be extra careful making deals. Make sure these you have reliable names as escrows.

Guys don't invest in this project , it is a big scam , they have scam me in 1000 USD in bitcoin , i have deposit to buy 1000 USD but when i have log int in their platform they have tell me that i can only buy 100 USD , i have try to withdraw the others 900 USD to my wallet but i can't , so i don't advice to invest in this project
