They know its dead and have given up. Research who REC team is and avoid any future investments that involve them. If I were in charge of this project, the very first thing I would do (after contemplating suicide) would be try to reestablish some faith in the project. Respond to the community's concerns and reassure them that things will get better. Even if it only affects a small amount of people, that would be positive and could help some, which shows some progress that could attract a little more investors, and so on and so on having a ripple affect that would only help and couldnt hurt.

from what i can work out which is very little, when you generate a 'regal code' you get a code which you can use to get regal 7 maybe, but where or how ive no idea. Also no clue what to do with regal 7 after that. What a joke.
