If you are trying to put a trade in on a fast moving market and you see there is a .01 spread between buys and sells and it is going up with, for example 500 LTC on the books to buy at a price of 65.49 and only 100 to sell at a price of 65.50 and you want to get your buy or filled, believing it is going up, in order to sell it back when it starts to reverse, but you can't place the buy order at 65.50 and if you place it at 65.49, you will be at the back of the queue and the price will jump before it fills, requiring you to cancel and replace it higher.
If you place a limit order, there is no fee, but you can't place a limit buy order that matches an existing sell order. If you place a market order, there is a fee, which negates any small gains.
anything you can to do succeed?

Some price updates I'll place here (I haven't updated the ones on twitter or craigslist yet).
First of all, price on GoGo My Walkin Pup back down to $99.99 on Amazon. Sellers must have gotten more in, but it is (I believe) retired and will go back up. I said I'd do $175 (and I recently sold one for $200 on consignment so I'm not looking to go down considerably in price), but I know no one will buy from me at that price when it is almost half elsewhere, so I won't bother trying to sell it, but I will say, if you buy one off Amazon or eBay w/n next 14 days and send me a screen shot (can be new or used), it doesn't have to be from me, I'll give 10% off anything else I have listed in this thread. I'm trying to promote those dogs and am happy if you buy one even if from someone else.
Any prices quoted in crypto in the CL posts, I will take LTC at $65/1 LTC (unless LTC drops below $50), ETH at $340/1 ETH (unless ETH drops below $300) and BTC at $7500/1 BTC (unless BTC drops below $5000). This only applies to cost of item. Shipping is based on actual exchange rate and cost to ship to you. This offer is good for 14 days. I also take Paypal.
Other price updates:
Fisher-Price Laugh and Learn Magic Scan Market $30 plus shipping
Monster High Secret Creepers Crypt $16 plus shipping
Barbie Collector Superman (DGY06) I didn't post a price here but have it for $42.99 on eBay. Will take $38 if selling it here, plus shipping.
Barbie Star Trek 50th Anniversary Lieutenant Uhura Doll Nichelle Nichols Also didn't post a price here. I have it on eBay for $49.99, will take $40 here, plus shipping.
Kapla 40 Piece Wooden Block Set In Green $15 plus shipping
Magnetix 29111 RARE Building Set Make Offer
Durabuilt 37-piece Hobby Set plus shipping
Laser Tag Extreme Target $35 plus shipping
Disney Frozen Toddler Elsa Doll Accessories $25 plus shipping

Why guys you simply don't invest to a real asset like ETH or NEO or to a platform that does something but to burn electric energy and try to find a sha256... I don't understand why you "invest" your money to a liability by it's nature. BTW my opinion for the question is, BCH is better than BTC, keep in mind that both are heavy centralized ... I'm not giving up my BTC at all, but getting some ETH isn't a bad idea too.

Are you selling as a lot of separately?
How much for everything and how much for individual ones?

Aforementioned GoGo My Walkin' Pupmore volatile than BTC these days. Last week on Amazon was ~$84, now $198: https://twitter.com/75115toys/status/927934856142774275eBay is yet to catch up but might close the gap some in a few days. Price on that is now $175 (Paypal or cash in you live in DFW) or equivalent $LTC $ETH or $BTC (subject to change if there is a rapid change in market for whichever coin). All other things in OP are somewhat negotiable.

Another question, how do I add fiat to Bitfinex? Can it be done or do I need to buy Bitcoin elsewhere and transfer it to Bitfinex?

I see a lot of people talking about the end of the month being a good time to buy alt coin and I want to know where to start. Do I buy some BTC first, and if so where is best place? And then do I buy the alt coin using BTC?
One of the best places to buy bitcoin is here in the forum at the Currency Exchange section you could find great deals there just be sure to trade with people that are really trusted or use an escrow if needed. Which altcoin are you planning to buy ? If I would buy bitcoin today i'll just hold it for now because of the price movement yesterday then sell it at the right time to get profit. I did get some BTC ($300 twice) the other day after it had already gone up to 5600 or so and say yesterday morning BTC, ETH and LTC all down. Got $300 LTC and was going to get $300 BTC too, but repeated the LTC order by accident on coinbase. Then as ETH and BTC started climbing, didn't get in before they had gone up too much and decided not to get either.

I'm still deciding. It would depend on how much I want to go in and which ones go down, but I had thought about Ripple and Monero, for two.

Newbie here to cryptocurrencies. Currently, I had a blockchain.info wallet but haven't bought any coins. I'm just been playing games to get free BTC and DOGE at freebitco.in and freedogeco.in but don't have anywhere near what I need to withdraw.

Bitcoin price is standing at all time high so it is not probably the best time to buy bitcoin in large quantities if you are looking for a short term profit. However, if you have a long term goal for bitcoin, then start accumulating slowly. Fix a weekly or monthly date and start buying bitcoin using dollar cost averaging method. Let me explain how this plan works. Lets assume, you bought one bitcoin weekly for three weeks at different price points. Week 1: Bitcoin price: $5000 week 2: Bitcoin price: $4800 Week 3: Bitcoin price: $4700 So at the end of week three, you will have 3 bitcoins in your wallet, but the average buying price per bitcoin will be the average of the three different price points. So you average cost on the above mentioned scenario will be, ($5000 + $4800 + $4700)/3 = $4833 This method is also known as SIP (systematic Investment plan) and it is a very good way to lower the risk level of your investment portfolio. Try it if you have a long term goal with bitcoin. I was more interested in going for an alt coin, but my understanding is most of them require bitcoin to purchase them.

Coinbase is the best one if you are only going to use usd, but localbitcoins is the best for me, it has a lot of sellers and there is no way that you can be scammed, because it has so many security layers for your protection as a buyer, and you can select your prefered seller if you want. But i noticed that coinbase is banning US and Chinese residents, and maybe some from UK, if i am not wrong.
Coinbase is banning US residents? I hadn't heard that. What happens if you had any coins stored there which you bought while they serviced your country and then they stopped servicing it. Can you still get them out? My plan was to store them in blockchain if I had any long-term that I didn't buy alt coin with, but just wondering in general.

When I got to blockchain.info and log in and it asks for my Wallet ID and password, is the Wallet ID my private key?
Does having this saved in the browser create a serious vulnerability to it being hacked?
When I sign into blockchain and select request and it comes up with the Copy and Share address, this is what is meant by the Public Key, right?
