1  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: BitcoinsBrain - Double your BTC within 30 days [7.2% interest everyday] HYIP on: June 08, 2017, 07:55:30 PM
As of June 5, 2017, they do not appear to be processing outgoing payments anymore.

I have one still "processing" from the 5th (nothing on the blockchain), and have since re-reached the set payout threshold, with no additional payments even scheduled, much less made.

Sorry kiddies, looks like this one's gone belly up already.

Zach says he'll have something to post this weekend.

grnbrg.

 Huh

Last night he said he's not purposefully delaying, and will have something to say shortly.

 Shocked

Sorry... just had BFL flashbacks again...

4  Economy / Securities / Re: Lab Rat Data Processing, LLC (LabRatMining) Official Announcement on: December 28, 2014, 12:11:41 AM
ouch.  today's payment was disheartening.  Undecided
5  Economy / Securities / Re: Lab Rat Data Processing, LLC (LabRatMining) Official Announcement on: September 05, 2014, 02:06:46 AM
...

As per the bonus, that was not a regular thing, just the fact that a retainer had to be put up for lawyers to handle the case and that was not built into the operating budget.

...

So, I was correct then.  Your retainer was paid for, in some part, with the bonus that would have otherwise gone to the very people the suit alleges you harmed.

6  Economy / Securities / Re: Lab Rat Data Processing, LLC (LabRatMining) Official Announcement on: September 03, 2014, 05:02:24 PM
Gotta love the no bonus payout.

The people getting screwed by LRM are also paying his legal fees for him to defend screwing us.

Long past time to recognize a bad investment, soak the loss, and watch LRM be razed to the ground in court.

got my order. Thx!
8  Economy / Securities / Re: Lab Rat Data Processing, LLC (LabRatMining) Official Announcement on: April 29, 2014, 05:56:10 PM

He's gonna have a hard time making it clear to SEC since he listed this in securities and called them "bonds" which are 1st tier capital investment.

If we were really just customers he would have stuck it in services. "LRM 0.5 BTC a gigahash plus mystery secret squirrel bonus" which probably would be sitting 500 pages back with no replies.

Plus then if you're trying to clear up the fact that your "victims" have no stake, going and calling it a "Group Buy" will not be seen as mitigating of the claim by the judge.

If this was even done as a "kickstarter" with 100% donations to gift a pile of mining hardware to Zach just because we like him, he would at this point be liable for breach of donor intent, which charities and non-profits have been heavily punished for recently.

So don't let him spin anything after the fact, he's got something of yours and owes you an obligation for it.

This is the heart of it.  I'll take my initial investment back please since the original agreement for which it was provided was canceled by LRM, at LRM's choice.  Not mine.
And no, I don't see a contract as a 'modified' version of the original.  A contract is what it is when both sides agree to it.  you can draw up a new contract that supersedes the original, but the original still exists.
9  Economy / Securities / Re: Lab Rat Data Processing, LLC (LabRatMining) Official Announcement on: April 29, 2014, 04:12:42 PM
I think LRM should buy back the shares/contracts/wishful-thinking/whatever theyre called now from any holder who does not agree to the contract changes forced upon them since the original buy in.

LRM changed the terms unilaterally, to ones that I did not agree to nor would have agreed to had they been set forth at onset.

LRM is the one left holding and owning the gear in the end, as he has made it very clear none of us have any actual stake in the business or hardware.  All we have are "contracts" that LRM will pay us.  "Contracts" LRM willfully changes after the agreement was struck.

Buy my shares back at the cost I paid you LRM, since you decided to break the contract.

That was the case from the outset though so nothing changed in regards to that.

You are correct, this was the case from the outset.  I never said otherwise.  I merely stated the state of the situation.  Regardless of what happens, LRM is left with the actual gear, meaning, he likely could care less about what actually happens to his "investors", since it's all "his".

Still changes nothing.  The original contract was unilaterally changed, ie nullified in favor of a different contract.  Therefor, I would like the BTC I paid for said holding returned and the holdings canceled once the original payment is returned.

LRM, please PM me to arrange for this.

14  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 17, 2013, 12:58:11 AM
8 months is that all, I too have seen way too many scams and didn't want this becoming another. I do have an extremely personal vested interest in getting this resolved. One that will make many people struggle for words when they realise just how petty they have been and I have taken the stance that every single person will get their coins back before I receive anything.

If I talk about what has happened it will break US law. I am easily held accountable whilst I live in Europe.

It is now down to Ukyo to post the link. 2/3 hours and you want to string me up for it.

So, is the reason you talking about it will break US law possibly that Ukyo committed fraud, promised to give you your coins back if you covered for them, and commenting further would peg you as aiding said fraud?

As per pool luck... Go there and view the charts... Yesterday was good, but the majority of the week was bad.

It probably wouldn't hurt to cite on http://www.labratmining.com/currentHashrate.php  specifically what pool or pools you are pointing the miners at, and if possible, a way of actually viewing the mining stats rather than everyone waiting for the sporadic updates (the pretty chart is nice and all... but I'd like to see actual numbers myself).
16  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL calling "loyal" customers (from +1-866-723-3108) on: November 08, 2013, 02:26:32 AM
I too got a call from the 1-866-723-3108 number while I was at work.
Being that I was at work and busy, I rejected the call.

Probably good, too.  I'd rather not be fired for going on a screaming rampage rant on my phone while at work.

Kick that discount code up to 50% and people may at least listen to the poor call center reps who don't even realize the massive pile of shit they're being thrown into calling for BFL.... Note I said listen... I can't honestly see anyone of sound mind ordering more BFL stuff at the current delivery rate and prices.

My LS paid for itself.  I'll run it till it dies in a fire.  That will be the end of any BFL ownership for me most likely.

Pretty unprofessional if you ask me.

Just up and deciding that LR would keep people's div-payouts that "aren't invested enough"?  Bullshit.

Can't be bothered to post information like the need to send a signed message TO THE LRM WEBSITE?  Bullshit.

Take ownership of the issue LR.
