Exercise in a way helps in depression because it helps in keeping the mind active and a way from depressing thoughts. Also a person tends to feel good after exercising. Perhaps as a result of the release of endorphins. But it will take a certain drive from the depressed to take this route but it's well worth it in the end.

I will like to commend the E3T team most especially the ones in charge of the Telegram handle. They are very professional in handling issues and very swift too. They talk everyone politely. With a team such as this, I can only imagine the calibre of people behind this project. And with proper marketing, E3T is sure going to be very successful. It's all a matter of time

Thank goodness you said overpopulation of a developing country is 'one' of its major problem because corruption is the major problem of a developing country. For a country like Nigeria blessed with mineral resources, so abundant that if properly utilized, the rate of poverty as a result of overpopulation would have been on the low. Though Nigeria is the most populated black nation in the world and the most populated in Africa, mismanagement of funds is the major problem been faced. The GDP keeps rising as the population keeps increasing.

Yes they do. In most African countries especially in the West, this is a norm. Prior to election, they come home, campaigning, making unbelievable promises. The same town they haven't visited in years, they do during electioneering campaign. And after the election, they disappear. Feigning memory loss as per their manifesto. The little things they do like road construction is broadcasted on air like they are doing the masses a favor. Why else where they voted into office if not to fix things/fulfill their promises? But they act like the masses needed them badly to save them. There's no accountability on the part of politicians. They seem to do as they please, with reckless abandon.

This is a difficult decision to make because despite our inputs, the final decision still rests on you😀. I will advise you based on my personal experience. It will be better for you to either convert your money to gold or Bitcoin. I was more interested in Bitcoin until investing in gold became my current obsession. Gold has an intricate value. Although its price is dependent on the dollar rate, you will barely record a loss if you keep up with the gold market trend. So I hold some Bitcoin and then the remaining bulk in gold.

The banking industry can inculcate the use of blockchain into it's operations. Be it a deposit money bank, merchant banks, or even the Apex bank( Central bank) in a country. But I think if the Central Bank can start it, then it's possible. For instance people buy Government bonds through the banks or even shares of some cooperation, using currency. Imagine people doing the same but using Bitcoin at their disposal to buy bonds or shares. That would be awesome.

Majorly what is lacking is mass adoption. We still have countries setting up regulations against cryptocurrency, Some persons are still skeptical about the genuineness of crypto. While some sectors like Financial sectors, Oil and gas, Agricultural sectors etc are beginning to adopt the use of blockchain in their services. Others are still skeptical. I sited mass adoption because until we can easily exchange Bitcoin or other altcoins for goods and services, only then will other things fall into place.

Africa will be a good place for crypto if some issues are addressed. 1)Uninterrupted power supply: This is a major issue in many African countries. Irregular power supply will affect access to Internet. Personally I know how much I spend on gasoline daily just to enable me come online to trade, and do other stuffs. 2) Proper sensitization: For crypto to be accepted and adopted in Africa, proper sensitization must be carried out. This is as a result of the purported idea some persons have about people who are into blockchain. Some think they are into internet scams/fraud. Right now, we have lots of young people in crypto. The elders aren't left out too. Whenever I have the chance, I take my time to tutor those that are interested. 3) Government intervention: If the government will create an enabling environment for cryptocurrency business to thrive perhaps by investing in Bitcoin long term. Perhaps this move could save some African nation from recession.

Blockchain can not outrightly replace banks in the future. Looking at the characteristics of a bank, the bank can inculcate the use of blockchain in most of its services. People will still need to walk into a physical building to transact some banking business. In areas where the literacy level is low and blockchain adoption is still far-fetched, you think it's possible to introduce someone to blockchain that can't even use an ATM,a smartphone or a bank's mobile application?😁. How about those that will want to get loans?.Banks act as intermediaries. Imagine removing them out of the picture. Do you know how many people will lose their jobs? We will now start another discussion on unemployment.

What makes a person a good investor is the ability to take calculated risk and also know when to pull out ones investment. Emotions must be mastered so much that it plays little or no role in an investor making decisions (financing or investment) decisions as the case may be. Even in the case of a loss, an investor must take appraisal of the process and find out where he/she got it wrong. This is will minimise a repetition of the same mistake in the future.
ya I always see quotes from successful investors, that we must dare to take risks, and more importantly from a good investor is to continue to learn and explore information about what will be learned. so it's very good when you have a lot of knowledge. One of the most important things is to manage mentally, a good investor must have discipline and good emotions. You are absolutely right. In an ever changing clime such as the business climate, gathering of information is one of the key factors that makes up a good investor. An investor must know what he/she is going into. One doesn't dabble into a business simply because others are doing it or others where successful in it. Without adequate knowledge from information gathered, the business that someone else succeeded in is likely to be the downfall of another. Critical thinking is also key.

I want to ask if there will be future partnership because having a good partnership especially with a good platform like hours will really wax stronger both in token worth and population.
I believe as time goes on, partnerships will happen. It's just one step at a time. This project is still new and has lots of potential. That's why the price right now doesn't bother me. Because by the end of this bounty campaign and the launch of E3 Net, the team can now roll out other phases of the project. Generally, I'm optimistic we are all in good hands.

The blockchain /cryptocurrency business is no longer for newbies. One shouldn't remain a newbie forever. Upgrade your knowledge by reading. One should have a little technical know how on how to secure their wallets. People need to realise what private keys and passphrase symbolises. That no one else aside them should have access to it. There are lots of airdrop phishing sites that look so appealing at first, but on a single click, once wallet can be compromised. I fell victim once and lost all my tokens until I had to do my own reading on how to safeguard my Wallet. Stopped visiting insecure sites where my security can be compromised. Ignorance is no longer an excuse, as hackers prey on the ignorant and capitalize on any loophole they find.
