Bitcoin was on tv in Germany 2015 on Galileo. Galileo shows news and trends to the people or some gadget. They also talk about dogecoin lol. Or about the hack.

Ar the moment the best exchanges are kucoin and binance. There is a huge volume and good support stuff. Both exchanges were small last year. And big exchanges like bittrex have lack in support.

Lately most of the exchanges won't reply to you for ages, a consequence of the tsunami of new users whi have been joining all of them. Some exchanges have hundreds of thousands of customers by now and they didn't scale up with their support. And Bittrex has become one of the biggest lately.
for me thats not the point. First rule is respect the old members, through them the exchanges got huge and expanded. And then take newcomers in. But thanks for all the support

There is still no update by better buisness bureau. Last message is they send the complaint to bittrex and message me if they got a response. 10 days ago i received this message. Hoping this company can handle the situation. Never give up

The popularity of cryptocurrency exchanges is constantly growing. The support team was not prepared for the number of applications. The backlog of tickets is everywhere. Some exchanges have temporarily stopped the registration of new users for this reason. I am sure that your problem will be solved. You need to have patience. Popularity is not always good.
i am waiting nearly 3 month for solving my ticket. Thats incredible. in 3 month they havent enough ppl trained to solve mass adaption ? And the overwhelming tickets to bittrex arent till Nov. They got issued since august. So there was enough time to train people but they wont.  Thats my opinion.

update: Still no respone from bittrex. I send a message to better buiness bureau. https://www.bbb.org/They said in the e mail they contact Bittrex and will handle my problem. Maybe i got some luck and get my funds back  .

Did they replied back to you?or did even try to contact them again did you create new ticket? if not try it first. Bittrex is a major exchange thats why a lot of people may send thousands of tickets from time to time,you just need to wait and be patient. If the customer service has chance to open your ticket,im sure they will take actions to resolve your problems.
i dont opened a new ticket. just send them a reminder from the opened ticket one. But they dont reply. Their ignoring every single message. I can only wait and pray.

Also got some Problems with Bittrex and wait a long time for a answer after they replied they didnt even solved my problem and another wait time opend i just quit bittrex...
same here. No reply. Send them 3 more reminders to the ticket but no response. They are ignoring their customers. Thats not professional. But i have some faith one day i will get my funds back.

Well in my experienced I also opened a ticket and what I get reply with them a computer message and a ton of template email messages. And they can't fixed my issues still continue to reply with a template and take note they are closing my ticket even though the issue was not solved.
they closed the ticket by their own ? What was your issue with bittrex ?

I wish we could all stop using centralized exchanges soon. Decentralized exchanges like Bisq or Altcoin.io need just a bit more work on their technology for them to be ready for mainstream.
decentralized exchanges arent as save as centralized at the moment. Thats the truth. But in the future this will be the key. Mainstream will come like crypto currency. Thanks to everyone have a nice week

people should stop supporting bittrex too , and move to decentralized exchanges there are so many i am using BarterDEX, and i hope to see millions of users there in the future =]
DEX are on the move for 2018. Unlucky DEX arent as save as centralized exchanges :/ look at etherdelta hack hmm i had a conersation too, and they everytime reply too me by email
they never wrote back since 6 weeks This is the problem with all the exchanges at this time because daily many new members are joining this crypto world and the number are just increasing rapidly and it is very hard for the exchanges to solve problems soon like they were doing before they have mentioned in their news section that they are working in support department and will increase the staff members to solve the problems I hope this problem will be solved soon and support will be like before it was....
they said they are training support stuff since month and month... my opinion is they wont *waste* money for more support stuff... they are greed.

Sometimes, I do feel sorry for all these types of accounts. But on the other hand, my entire life, I have never made a mistake that people seem to do all the time:
1. Type wrong name (how do you ever mistype your own name?). 2. Deposit to wrong address. Also, I am always confused by this. Every time I make a deposit, I copy paste the deposit address. I double check, and when you click send, it even asks you to confirm. It takes 2 seconds to double check each time, so a total of 6 seconds if you check 3 times and different stages.
So I do not know if I should feel sorry for people who make these silly mistakes. It starts with your daily life. If you do not care enough, maybe you should not expect others to.
yes normally i double check everything too but this time i though eth adress includes all erc 20 tokens like on binance. ( eth.+ wabi+ trx+and so on...+... have all the same adresses) bittrex handle this on a different way... every token has a unique adress and i was in hurry so i send to eth and dont check this time... failed. my mistake. But i am angry of the support stuff. No reply and promised me they will credit my funds in several weeks. My understanding is Bittrex makes tens of Millions each day in profits, their running costs by comparison would only be a fraction of that. The fact that they can't keep up is understandable after a large increase in customers for a short while, but months and months of falling behind without any improvement is ridiculous, especially when they can easily afford the extra cost of staff and training.
Surely they would have created a system that identifies a token sitting in an address that should only hold ethereum and surely they can automate it so it returns the tokens to sender automatically (subtracting a fee to cover gas + 1% cut or something).
Yes it takes time to fix this issue (10 minutes verifying transaction, token address, etc the about 10 minutes to send token back), but not only can they recover the costs from providing support, gas, etc, they should be focusing on getting these funds on their exchange and trade able so they can profit from the trades.

There are so many people are complaining every day and they don't even get resolved. My thought that you can try to search someone that already joined in the bittrex slack and then send you an invitation to join in the bittrex slack group. someone asked a mode for me on the bittrex slack channel but they said write a ticket.... wow

I hate trex bainance is a far better exchange. I think kucoin is also good exchange with incredible growth rate
kucoin and binance are top exchanges comparing to Bittrex. userfriendly and fast with huge potential. i think this is the problem with every exchange they such a big usersgroup but nobody to support this. i have raised tickets with 3 different exchanges non of them answer within the week.
one week is normal but i wait 10 weeks and after 4 weeks no more reply this isnt normal and due to the circumstance of the raising usergroup unacceptable. They earn every day millions. I agree, with all the money they are making from trading fee's, advertising etc etc, the support should definitely be better. yes absolutly its horrible. The treatment of the user group is unacceptable.

I think every exchange out there is facing issues with their support due to the unprecedented of new sign ups and such. Hopefully there is someone you can report this issue to, to force Bittrex to retrieve your funds.
the point is , they didnt reply any ticket. They said first 2 weeks my funds will credit then 4 weeks and then no more messages. Something like they blocking me.
