No, i dont know the specifics of SEPA, i wasnt aware i had to know every detail? Having said that, there are no details of clearance times on the Bit panda website, so how would anyone know?
 I'm just a Bitpanda customer trying to do a straight forward withdrawal...thats all.

Now Monday, no money in my account, whats scary is my bank have no knowledge of it. What an awful system, i will NOT be using this again.

Withdrew 586 Euros from my Euro wallet on Fri 20.10.17,
 Bitpanda status for this withdrawal says 'FINISHED' and sent to my bank account, on checking, there is NO money in my account, called my bank and they have no knowledge of the transaction!!
    Any help or information appreciated.

Thanks...BUT...only thing that worries me is my Bit panda acc says the transaction process is now finished and the funds have been sent to my bank acc, checked my account and no money in there? Rang the bank and they have no knowledge of monies sent!???
  Is this normal?,....will it still show?

 yesterday i made a withdrawal from my Euro wallet on Bit panda through SEPA, no information on the site regarding how long it takes to clear?
 nothing in my bank account?
 Bit panda just says processing....but for how long???
   A bit anxious as it's quite a few Euro's!

  I used SEPA to withdraw straight to my bank account, the sum has been deducted from my Euro wallet but nothing in my bank account?
  my Bit panda account says it's 'Processing' it's been around 24 hrs, anyone know how long it takes please? No info of processing times on their website?
I'm a little anxious as it's a large sum of money!

 im quite new to trading Cryptos, and am trying out Bitfinex, i'm finding it VERY daunting/confusing?
    I'm going to use the Exchange trading, trading with my Bitcoin balance, so i take it the currency has to go in the 'Exchange wallet'?  There are 3 wallets???
  Example:    Say i'm trading BTC/NEO, do i use NEO currency OR Bitcoin???
    Also, how do i end a trade that goes bad?
         Theres also a lot of terminology thats way above my head...cant find any descent tutorials on youtube?...just a few very poor ones!
Very frustrated as i have money sitting in an exchange and want to try to earn/invest.
    Any info much appreciated.
PS I put in 7 NEO and it said the Bitcoin value figure, then after that it says    =0.03?? VERY CONFUSED!!!
