As far as I understand any government would have an interest in blockchain technology, but you have to take into account that it should be centralized, because government likes to control.

I don't know but winning bitcoin for me sounds as some bullshit scam. No offense, just my personal opinion.

bitcoin is too big now, although I don't consider it as the best coin, it is kind of dinosaur in new age.
