Masternode has wallet disabled. You CANNOT run a wallet and a masternode in the same node. Its dangerous, and is disabled. Run your wallet on one machine, and your masternode on another.

For the research I'm doing about your coin the Terracoin Foundation ANN is not enough, as I can't see whether the original announcement was made before the launch, whether there was a premine, instamine, connection issues and so on. Maybe we can find the original ANN using archive.org? Do you know what was the link of the page? I don't think anyone actually whinned in this project because this project is very good. We need to care about the development plan of the TRC project. I am very optimistic about TRC because TRC prospect is very big
Developments part should be done by the team because they will raise money during the crowdfunding. I have seen some huge potential about the terracoin which they might some huge development with the roadmap they have to given to their community. There is not and never has been crowd funding. The coin has been released since 2012 and development has been ongoing since then. |

I think for this coin to enter this new era, you must be on Discord. it is how I (and many others) do their research, and get a perspective for weather a coin has life, and future. Plus it is a great place for airdrops, bounties.

All of that can be done from the gui wallet now. VPS's are constantly under attacks due to ssh and other various exploits. Having your funds on the VPS/exposed computer means they only have to gain access to your VPS to steal your funds. With the wallet segregated (client/masternode) they get nothing by exploiting the masternode.
This was recommended in previous versions. 0.12.2.4 enforces this now and future versions will as well.
Most investors with masternodes are not technologically inclined, and do not understand the security risks and mitigations in order to ensure their funds stay secured. Plenty don't even know to update their clients in order to continue to get rewards (as you can see from the masternode list). This move was to ensure the masternode network continues to stay secure moving forward with changes in the future. Plus, nobody likes to see their funds disappear because they used a weak password on their VPS.

You cannot host a masternode and wallet in the same client anymore as it is a security risk. With 0.12.2.4 you can comment out masternode=1 in your config in order to regain access to your funds. I'm pretty sure that 0.12.1.8 is no longer accepted by 0.12.2.4 clients so if you send with an old client you risk losing the funds due to being on a wrong chain. You do have the chance of regaining the funds though with a resync with the latest wallet and using zapwallettxs on the command line if you have tried sending with the old client and its not showing up (on an exchange or from wallet to wallet transfers)

Hi, getmineinfo is removed, and yiimp don't manage it in the right way (also if the getinfo flag is removed) Have you some idea? Else i remove the wallet to avoid any confusion on miners. This coin is old coin, the devs just implement the masternode recently?

You are running very old code for terracoin by the looks of it, which means anything that is mined there is useless (no exchange will accept it as you are on an old fork from a couple of years ago). Looks like they are running old code before auxpow was even implemented... so code from a couple years ago at least. I would pick a different pool that can stay up to date with various coins code. |

There used to be very few ico projects, so there won't be too much impact on the market, but there are many ico, so the market has been disturbed by ico.
Yeah, ICOs are definitely a drag on the cryptoecosystem. Good thing TRC isn't an ICO! Terracoin has been around since long before ICO's were even a thought and it has continuing development. Those that sluff it off and don't take a piece of the pie now are going to regret it in the future |

If you want to list TRC on NovaExchange, it'll be 0,3BTC and your coin is added immediately. The more small exchanges we have, I guess it'll be easier to get recognized. I have traded there a while and I like how the exchange is built, it reminds a little of Cryptopia.

Thanks for the quick reply. Sentinel literally will not run anymore. Worked fine then not.
Sentinel is in fact stating that it is running fine and the issue is with the masternode itself (funds moved out, genkey reused, etc) .. Like clockuniverse suggested, join mattermost for further diagnosis and help for which commands to utilize in order to nail down your issue as we can help you live there. Edit: Specifically this: KeyError: 'Invalid Masternode Status, cannot continue.' states the issue is with the masternode, not sentinel |
