I have checked my email, it is working ok. The last time I was able to withdraw coin was on December 29th. "You withdrawal request requires a confirmation by e-mail."

It appears every time I try to withdrawal coins. My last withdrawal was on December 29th- since then I cannot withdraw anything. I tried LTC too, cannot move it off the exchange either!

Hello, I have 2FA on my account; the 2nd step of the verification is to confirm a link sent via email. I do not receive the email link, so cannot finish the last withdrawal step.

I have bought Tether to remove from the exchange, this does not work either. (same problem: I do not receive an email verification, so the withdrawal transaction does not work. I have used this exchange for months with no problems; however since January 1st, I cannot withdraw any coins due to the email verification problem. I have submitted tickets.

Hello! I am having the same problem with Hitbtc exchange! I attempt to withdraw my coins: the 2FA works but states I will receive an email for a confirmation link- I never receive an email verification! I have been trying to withdraw funds for the last 4 weeks. I have placed 2 support tickets- have no response yet! Has your issue been resolved?
