"PACMAN"
Medium: Charcoal

This is Manny "Pacman" Pacquio, a world class boxing champion from the Philippines.

He personally meet Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba and one of their topic was the cashless payment.

As a filipino, this was a good sign for little by little we can assure that Cryptocurrencies has its place in our community.

Maybe you should read the thread before asking silly questions? Then you would know that you failed to provide a Vivid address to which your coins could be sent to.

6  Economy / Economics / Re: Wise thing to do with your savings. on: August 03, 2018, 12:30:53 PM
I see that many of you actually liked the concept of 20 % method wherein you allot 20% of your earnings to be saved as emergency fund.
So I was thinking, if that 20% allotted will be invested in a time deposit kind of account, will it still be possible to earn as much or invest it in cryptocurrency? Or maybe just let the money sleep until such time you will need it?
What will be a wise kove to do with the noney you have saved up?

For me i don't spend my money for un necessary spending, long term investment is better for the situation of price like what we have experienced now the price did not movable.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you suppose will happen when BTC loses it's dominance? on: July 28, 2018, 08:44:00 AM
Every week BTC seems to lose it's market dominance. Currently it sits at 34.4 percent but what happens when it becomes 5 percent or less? Thoughts?

Of course when bitcoin loses the big percent cut from the price last December 2017 it is very disappointed to all user and investor, but this is not true in fact now is gradually the price going higher from 6,000 USD last week now the price updated is 8,202USD so there's no possibility to BTC back to the price last 2009.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: Digital Money = Cashless Society on: July 26, 2018, 05:36:03 AM
Note: See on the right side of each post (top right corner) there is "+Merits"

It is said now China is a cashless society. Use of debit and credit cards in shops/stores, online pay bills, shopping online.

Money earned from the internet is known as digital/electronic money. People who earn money from the internet, they get paid money in electronic form by payment processors such as skrill, perfectmoney, alipay, paypal, bank-wire transfers because online workers are worldwide.

Last month, I got $20 from online surveys. The money was sent to my bank account via online payment processor. Now if I buy 2 shirts using debit cards at offline or online stores, there is no cash involved but I have 2 shirts.

Just like Bitcoin which does not have a physical presence, money/cash will not have physical presence in "cashless society/countries" where money becomes digital/numbers.

Bitcoin is a part of digital money. How is digital money is your country ??

All of these mode of transaction is being serve by bitcoin in fastest way through the help of DIGITAL SYSTEM. China will embraced of digital transaction several years ago because they want innovation specially they are ahead in terms of  high technology uses. we know already that Chinese people are business minded that's why they will find the better way to transact without no hassle for the Chinese people.

stupidity is so close to poverty, do you agree with such a phrase?
if it yes, means the poor are the fools.
I want to know your opinion.  Grin Grin

Stupidity sometime applies by people with many problems not all close to poverty of course because when we say stupidity is so close to poverty  in general it will have  discrimination for this.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we change the public's view of Crypto world? on: July 26, 2018, 03:05:22 AM
Guys we are very much aware how the crypto community through this great forum has helped most of us in terms of our finances but is so heartbreaking that the most of the public views only describes how insecure and unsafe the crypto community is. I do understand that cryptocurrencies are volatile and the issue of anonymity sometimes scares people away but y'all bear with me that if  crypto is explained to you and you really understand it properly you would not make wrong mistakes and get swayed away by panic sales or submit your private key as ethereum wallet address. Is it a public campaign or some other form of tutorial that we should organize to help explain crypto to the world because believe it or not the blockchain technology of cryptocurrencies is being admired by most organizations and some of them have decided to run their operations with the use of blockchain technology. What can we do as a community to help change the public view of Crypto?

About to changed the public views and thoughts about crypto is to make always positive and help to teach the people needs to learned about the  good feature of Bitcoin and teach them also not be greedy when it comes to use of bitcoin because the more people adopt and embraced of bitcoin all people are the  one who get benefited for the future.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: What don't you like about Banks and Banks controlling your money on: July 26, 2018, 02:49:09 AM
Firsty, them deciding what is suspicious and not suspicious

Not everybody is an employee working for someone. Some people are entrepreneurs, and as an entrepreneur, you can have some HUGE days. I don't need a bank telling me that my successful day where i made $20k+ is suspicious if I want to withdraw all of it. (people have been arrested for making large withdraws before).

Also, banks freely allowing their customers to scam business (via chargeback). Instead of blindly chargingback purchases and screwing over merchants, visa applicants should be required to take a course outlining the risks of credit cards, and Visa should do proper investigations when a chargeback is brought up.

If a tracking number and proof of delivery can be proved, why should the customer be given their money back?

ALSO, i recently looked into banking investment options. It comes across as a way to just make more money off customers. Think of it like this. It's like it's just them taking your money so they can invest it in polyniex. I only tried it out cause my family (who doesn't know about bitcoins) encouraged it.

Do you have any gripes about banks

I have an additional negative impact about bank, When the time you could have Bank loan and you did not pay it on time You just have additional pay an interest immediately   and not only that if you did your asset like car, house of Land Property  being collateral they  and did not followed the said engagement they will suddenly brought an authority and lawyer and pushed  to take your property that subject for forfeiture.

13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you wait to prove them wrong about Bitcoin? on: July 26, 2018, 02:21:47 AM
I think a lot of people around us has told us that Bitcoin is a FAD or a SCAM or a Ponzi scheme.

Some of our closest relatives have told us to SELL before the BUBBLE will burst. {guess we hear that enough?}

The media is telling everyone that Bitcoin is the tool of criminals and terrorists and child pornographers and paedophiles.

Most of these people are not invested in Bitcoin, but it looks like they are looking for reasons to attack it.

How many of you want to prove them wrong? I sometimes look at these people and I think... WTF are you on about?

I seldom bring up the subject anymore, because everything coming out of their mouths are negative. The only time when they

are interested, is when the price hits a all time high. Then they want advice to invest in Bitcoin and when they buy at the ATH,

and the price drop with 10%, then they panic sell....lose money....blame Bitcoin. I am sooooo sick of this.

I hope we can finally prove them wrong in the near future, because this is definitely getting under my skin now.  Roll Eyes

All people makes you  stressed are straight forward to win always &  earn profit every time that's was the people instinct they did not accept  once Bitcoin price are too much lower eventually they will blame to Bitcoin and it has many negative speculation come out. which is not good
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that other coins move faster? on: July 20, 2018, 02:01:07 PM
Do you think that Bitcoin has become too slow to compete with the relatively quick alt coins out there? Is it realty competitive to have a slow community rather than a centralised decision making in development?

In other words, does the community effect of decentralisation enough to counterbalance the difficult decision making processes?

During the time Bitcoin price slide down ti'l this time the price almost steady in 6,000 to 7,000 USD. The price of all token during that time are also the same situation to Bitcoin, So as of now we are still evaluate and waiting for the good deal elopment.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Elevator down and stairs up for BTC? on: July 04, 2018, 08:37:27 AM
I loved Dec. but now the bear cycle came down on us so fast like an elevator. So what does that mean for the near future are we taking the slower stairs back up for BTC?

I'm glad we had double-digit growth couple days ago, but now it's like so slow and not just busting through $9-$10k.. what the heck BTC.

What are your thoughts, elevator down and stairs up or not?

I think because of the price almost stable in $6,000 to $7,000 USD a couple months ago until now we described the situation of bitcoin like walking at ordinary ladder that's my observation but because of sometimes it is color green it might be a sign to the price growing slightly up.

Things you should know before investing in bitcoin

What everyone wants is to have a stable job and get good savings, the best option is to work the money to get more income for the future and thus have a better quality of life and what better to invest in bitcoin but before you should know certain things about This cryptocurrency.

it is not regulated: there is no entity that regulates and monitors this type of investment. So you should be aware that if you lose your money, nobody will answer

Bitcoin is a high-risk investment: people should know that the level of risk is very high, due to volatility and inability to predict its price. "

Do not get into debt to buy cryptocurrencies: this really should not be done with this or with another investment, if you are going to work your money with extra money you got.

Do not invest more than you are willing to lose: "it is recommended that you do not invest your savings in this currency; on the contrary, invest 1% of your assets, something that you are really willing to lose".

Use reliable pages: use safe sites to navigate and also only use reliable devices such as your cell phone, your computer and your home's wireless network. Never use public networks neither to make investments nor for any type of financial consultation.

Thanks a lot sir, for all your advise about how to deal with bitcoin, but because of good result of investment that really convince me to use always in bitcoin but of course I have Something Strategy before doing transaction I know already that this is Volatile so I can handle this. I always pray to our God that bitcoin will not stop because this is our alternative option to get income aside from our stable job.

17  Economy / Economics / Re: what is the future of virtual currency like bitcoin ? on: July 03, 2018, 03:24:11 PM
As a digital payment system virtual currency has its own reputation. Bitcoin raised as strong virtual currency in 2010. Today’s global currency is developed in different way and comparing with others currency bitcoin is like more valuable than gold. Good reflection and better control system can make more valuable in economic sector. now by the help of bitcoin selling and buying system is easier than other transection. At age of technology we can collect or hire so many proficient worker for the purpose of different sector’s development and then we can provide their salary through bitcoins because of its popularity.
On above this conversation we don’t need to worry about future of  virtual currency or bitcoins.

As well as  there is high technology gadget operated for the whole world virtual currency will continue rolling and continually create a new one if ever some currency doesn't work, because every year technology has continued change to the life of all things not only in human life.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Can Be Done To Make Government Legalize Bitcoin on: July 03, 2018, 03:08:19 PM
Is no longer news that various countries of the world are not in support of Bitcoin either as a means of payments or for trading purpose. This are been a challenges most Bitcoin users are facing throughout the countries of the world inexception of few countries.

I have begin to see it that maybe they are thinking that adoptions of Bitcoin might bring a partial collapse of the banking system and also a means of curbing money laundering.
So, let hear your views on what can be done to make our government realised the important of Bitcoin and Blockchain Technology.

Government already knows what the chances to get income from it but because of virtual currency digital system method government has doubt with hesitation to do something legalized because of volatility movement no stable income and they felt also that it might be affected to banking industry that's why until now even here in the Philippines doesn't approved by the government.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: When will people feel comfortable using BTC ? on: July 02, 2018, 06:06:54 AM
When will people spend BTC as easily as fiat , not seeing it as an investment opportunity but a better currency for them to use ? Most of my friends that I have currently told about Bitcoin are most intrigued by its rapid rate of growth and not its outstanding features as a currency. They don't really care that it is free from government control , but are more focused on the fact that it has risen xy%

I don't really spend much of my Bitcoin , because I am always in fear.
I am not talking about cashing out , but for digital goods.

How do you spend 10 mBTC on a 5$ digital good when you believe that the same 10mBTC is worth atleast 15$ , probably more.
How much of your Bitcoin have you hoarded , and how much have you really spent ?
I am under the impression that people tend to hoard more with BTC than with fiat , considering it an investment more than a currency

I don't know how to make a poll here , so :- http://strawpoll.me/1793917
This is not referring to your blockchain.info statistic , which includes money you have moved around. I am looking at money you have truly spent vs total amount of BTC you have received.

Overall , I'm trying to look at how much my guess is true by the poll and your estimates of when majority of people will start looking at BTC as a currency.

EDIT : I'm not sure this is the right section , tell me if this should go in General Discussion or so.

If the government allow the people to use bitcoin with lower deduction of tax and  always available anywhere in your place like mini store, wet market and side walk vendor regardless to big establishment and shopping malls, always viable with ordinary people is the three important mentioned that I stated above, that's the main important  that people become comfortable if ever.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: why the state does not print a lot of money? on: June 30, 2018, 04:18:30 PM
why the state does not print a lot of money? than debt to other countries. is not it easier to make money than debt and ultimately burdens the state?

whether if printing money will have an impact on the money itself? or will it impact the value of the money in the eyes of the world?

I don't know about the process and protocol about printing of money, I think all the materials that use to print money is imported from other country so it's difficult to creat a volume of money that provide in free to people because government has suffered to lose money without re enbursment of fund, if all  materials was mine here in our country that's good for us but if not, all we want to do print of money in free? its should not be happen.
