Good question, we definitely plan on releasing a mobile app in the future yes. Especially given the preference for most people in the world to consume news content on mobile. That said, we are currently laser focused on building a great user experience on the web version. We also need to get the timing right of the mobile app given the Apple app store and Google Play banned quite a few apps that had embedded tokens.

What is Oroshi

Oroshi maps the world’s facts and opinions on digital currencies through a curated community of contributors and data partners. Blockchain projects committed to transparency and self-regulation can share key information and have it validated by the community through an open-source platform.

What problem does Oroshi solve?

Digital currency markets are complex and opaque to navigate. The industry is rife with fake news and market manipulation. In the absence of regulatory bodies, the industry has yet to agree on standard disclosure requirements and auditing systems. Questionable information and opinions are therefore scattered across a large number of disparate sources with inconsistent formats. In other circumstances, information that would be common place to have in traditional assets is completely missing.  This misinformation or lack thereof, results in a sub-optimal allocation of financial and human capital.

The solution: Oroshi

The Oroshi solution creates economic incentives for cryptoasset stakeholders to embrace transparency, self-regulate and share information. Oroshi uses a curated community of researchers, thought leaders and validators to complete due diligence and analysis of cryptoassets, enabling greater transparency. The native token, WIND, is required to be listed in the registry and is also used to economically reward community members for their research, analysis and validation activities as well as data steam providers.

Our price forecasts take into account allocations by top ranked traders, which in turn on their technical, fundamental analyses or often just gut instinct. What is PredictionVC?

PredictionVC is a crypto investment management platform that lets traders track their portfolio, connect to exchanges and receive market moving signals and price forecasts.

What’s the catch?

There is none! The PredictionVC model works by rewarding community members for their knowledge and contributions. We use the data you provide to help infer what will happen to token prices in our prediction model.

Are you releasing your own token?

Yes, it’s called the Oracle token and we’re planning a public token sale in October. The winners of weekly Trading Competitions after this point will be paid out in Oracle tokens.

Do I have to trade with real money?

No! There is a steep learning curve with cryptocurrency trading so we encourage you not to if you’re just starting out. The PredictionVC platform is educational as much as it is practical and you can use it to learn about cryptocurrency trading and try out different trading strategies.

How do the price predictions work?

We use our leaderboards to feed our price prediction engine. The more traders that sign up, the better our price forecasts get. In addition, we use gamification and crowdsourcing to incentivise users to add blockchain data to our platform which is run into a deep learning models for each token.
