I am not clear on adding a pool. There is nothing showing under options/pool but obviously I must be using one because I'm mining.

Has anyone else seen this bug?
Have you replaced the network card? It could be snarfing packets not intended for it.

What is the "Balance" tab supposed to display? There's never anything there and I have a substantial balance.

I am not at all questioning the honesty of this venture, but the idea that a complex system such as this can be deployed and remain operational under even the best of conditions without on site support is rather laughable, in my view. It's all I can do to keep my rig running and it's on site for me.

I think you're completely out of line here with your accusations. In extreme cases people can be sued for libel when they make such statements. You've made your claim so move on if you don't trust this company and leave the rest of us to decide for ourselves.

You are mixing apples with apples then describing oranges. kWs describe your instantaneous capacity to generate. kWhs describe your production or usage over time. 1kW for 1 hour is 1kWh. I believe you are saying your 6 GPU rig consumes 20kWh of power a day, or about $1 worth of power for a solar setup such as I have. Can you get it cheaper? How much $ does your 6 GPU rig produce a day?

but if I say lived in Arizona
I DO live in Arizona and there's no need for batteries if you're near the Grid. When you're Grid-tied the Grid is your virtual battery. Half the cost of off-grid. All the benefits.
