Not sure if this has been announced here yet. From the website, under news:
"An all new team headed by Robinson & Wilson Elechi is now the driving force behind CHRC"
Any idea who these people are?

Hello there. I am the moderator of Elya in Discord. Feel free to join Elya in Discord or in Telegram. We will get your questions sorted out. ---Please be aware of some people that want to damage Elya.--- I am a miner myself and noticed the project back in march, then after a while i jumped in to help. Why i jumped in? Because it is a very solid project with a company behind. This is one coin with actual real use. Many other coins fail on that. Please be patient with Elya regarding the current situation. We will fix all problems. If you do not feel comfortable to mine Elya in the current situation this is up to you. But when you believe in the project feel free to spread some hash on it and give power to the network. Also Elya will fork at Block 350000. Decreasing block reward to 150 and increasing block time to 4 minutes. This is only the next technical step of Elya with more to come in the future. Take a look back where Monero was in its beginning. Also we have a list with nodes running worldwide. They are getting more every day. http://jora.rocks:8081/elyamap/Thank you for reading. I can run a node on my office server if you need more nodes. I'm in Central America and there are currently no nodes in this area.

To be honest, you should add: Not possible to transfer coins anywhere.

Do you want stable code, or do you want to trade early? Good thing those decisions are on devs to make I kindly advice to learn how software development works. Also: there is a new branch on our git since about 10 days. So just checking for new commits on the main branch might not be the smartest thing to do (also checking the number of commits is no indicator for activitiy). Thanks for replying. I still think Sumo is one of the top projects in crypto. I was just venting a little frustration, sorry about that I know software dev very well, as well as project management. The latter is too often an issue. In business I've also learned: always under-promise, then over-deliver. E.g. make time lines you are sure to keep, then make people happy by being ahead of that schedule. Nobody likes late delivery: not the devs, not the project manager, or your customers

A new and final announcement will be published within the next few days.
Early October?) No, it's just ridiculous. Tomorrow, day after tomorrow.. All of these crypto projects are the same. Not one is able to do anything on time or with any reasonable quality. I've looked at so many with promise, but they all turn out to be clown shows.

I know you are busy, but could you shed some light on where the project is? There hasn't been any updates on github since July.

Trading will start again this week.
Nice! But all things lasted longer than announced. Ppl. getting anxious, I think your information strategy should slightly be overhauled... BR garantie No trading this week it seems. Would be nice to know the updated estimate?

check out the website https://elya.io/trading available on Crex24 and Stocks.Exchange did you just mine without any knowledge about the coin? Do not lie. Stocks.Exchange does not work as it should. Crex24, bitexbay. Deposits are down on Stocks and Crex24. Seems to be up and working on bitexbay. Trading is possible in all, if you have the coins there. Price level is very sad. Crex24 deposits are working again. I just tried it.

Is there anything special need to be done in order to use an old wallet from the original Sumokoin? My wallet is several months old and I haven't opened it since January. None of the wallet apps (lite,GUI,CLI) are able to find any transactions on it. I've tried importing from mnemonic etc. but no luck so far.
The daemon logs some really weird errors : 166851 -> 166947 [Your node is 96 blocks (0 days) behind] 166851 -> 146010 Your node is 20841 blocks (57 days) ahead
Like there would be 2 separate block chains?
First of all dont worry your coins are still there. These messages on daemon are usual ignore them. There are several nodes with different heights due to forked coins using old chains or nodes that was never updated after a hardfork. You should first download the newest versions of the wallets from here https://github.com/sumoprojectsYou should then delete the LMDB folder from C:\ProgramData\sumokoin\ and resync Thanks. I got it working by hooking up the command line client only with the New York daemon using the --add-exclusive-node flag It took some time for the sync, but now the wallet is up to date again.

So I got the blockchain synced overnight on the daemon (Ubuntu version). The tried opening my wallet (simplewallet) an got this:
2018-Jun-13 12:07:49.123020 ERROR [BlockchainSynchronizer] Failed to query blocks: NodeErrorCategory:5, Internal node error
I then downloaded the blockchain and tried again with the --data-dir parameter. Same error. I'm using the latest CROATCore package.
Whats up with this? How to fix it?
Hi, you can try to download blockchain backup, take a look at this video https://youtu.be/W_L4lHt-PE4Latest backups are here https://croatpool.com/blockchain/Good luck Well I tried every possible way but it seems the CLI wallets are not up-to.date. The desktop wallet worked. Cli wallet? You need to start daemon first ./croatd --config-file configs/croat.conf And then start simplewallet ./simplewallet --config-file configs/croat.conf Yes I synced the daemon both over the network and from a blockchain snapshot. But I didn't know I needed the conf file for the wallet-clli as well. I just used the --daemon-port parameter and that doesn't work. Thanks for the info.

Just pulled the last version from github, compiled (on Ubuntu) and got: "Configuration error: Cannot open configuration file"
Which is correct. There is no config file anywhere. Any example of what the config should contain?
Update: so there is no config file in github. Only int he Croatcore package.

It seems it is not a technical issue, but some automatic account lock-up when you receive the "Currency operations not available" error. I have received it too without any details and I cannot withdrawl nor trade.
I have already submitted these 2 tickets: #251169 and #251893 but still have not received any reply nor any fix.
What can I do to get a fix to this?
There is no fix until the team there fixes it. I have the same issue. I never had problems before with htbtc but now only deposits work.

And where are the promised news on the coin?
In this community there are two type of people who are not dumpers but : 1/ First once are the one who are helping the token (CHRC to grow up) , we saw them and we know who they are (many regards to them). 2/ Second once are the once who are just siting doing nothing and just watching and hoping that some day when they wake up they find CHRC worth 100$ . Well maybe you could clarify what the objectives are so people my better understand how they could help. The road map doesn't give much of an idea. "Community building" is a very vague concept and the value of it is questionable. There are some hints in the road map about using CHRC in agriculture and commodities trading, but no explanation. What do you need to get there? I would suggest to first get a graphical designer to take a look at the web site and the road map as well. They both lack professionalism and will prevent getting serious business partners. The updates are coming soon to the website (there are so much things to do in less time instead of sit and complaining). i think you left the main idea here which is instead of sit and complaining and waiting some new news and magical to happen and make CHRC worth . everyone can work in his way to help . I do believe that in the start we recommended a simple help which is to not dump hard so we can get business up and many companies as a partners . It was a simple request . if you can't help at least don't dump till we get the partners and works settled . but no you find some are dumping hard destroying everything then ask where's CHRC partners and companies and business ... etc, why this is not like this why this is not like that ... etc . I think you can have a look at the board to get my point and idea if you know what i mean .. I was actually just asking how you want us to help as it is not clear from any of the communication. Except for the obvious "don't dump". And really guys - have a designer look at the web site. Please. It's not only my opinion...
