There has never been any Dev activity. This coin was created at walletbuilders.com. Everyone can create a coin like this with premine, custom logo's. You get an unique genesis block, the source code and a compiled Linux & Windows client for only 0.015 BTC. This coin never hit an exchange. There is not any developement for this coin. Do your own research before mining and not waste your hashes. I'm still here. not sure what you guys bashing about, it's for you guys to mine. I don't see anyone paying me BTC. if no one mines it, yes it's a dead project. |

Can you let us know why someone should adopt this coin? What are its unique selling points in comparison to already existing similar coins. Also, since it is POW coin very soon it would taken over by the might of elite miners (ASIC Miners). Why not consider a hybrid POW/POS model for this coin to give equitable advantage to both: hoarders and miners.
Would need a discreet and well planned execution plan before I guess this coin would ever be ready for adoption at mass level. At this stage it is just too naive.

why do you need blockchain for this project?
paying in fiat for every "like" simply not feasible, with all the fees, etc. and you simply cannot mine fiat. with blockchain this solves both problems. |

DEV: target spacing : 10 minutes- but generated 16000 blocks in 8 hours. Difficulty stuck to 4. So there are some major issues with your coin.  difficulty is low when coins are launched. once difficulty adjusts every 2016 blocks, it will reach 10 minute blocks. but not right now, there has to be time for difficulty to adjust, and miners are mining low difficulty. Hence the fast blocks. |

Dev! My miner showed 200 solved blocks when I mined solo, but wallet shows only 1600 coins? What's wrong?
orphaned blocks, always happens. somebody mined the block just before you. mine in a pool, it's more consistent. a pool is setup now. |

no, it's not the same. that is based on PoS where the dev controls all the coins. this is a PoW coin where its distributed through mining, which is more fair. and it takes work to mine the coin, has better value when you pay the content creators. |

2. Go to your %appdata% folder (just type %appdata% into the Windows Explorer address bar)(/home/username/.likecoin/likecoin.conf for Linux)
