I haven't received any check, I live in The Netherlands, maybe it takes longer to arrive, did anyone else received anything who lives in Europe?
and what if I take the check, does that mean I don't receive any money anymore from any future claims?, like the coinbase?

You should talk to lawyer with your claim number. If you got that And did you received a respond from the settlement?It looks like there will be a 2nd round of payments later this month .(ook naar Nederland, heb net een bericht ontvangen afgelopen week). And yes if they accepted you in the first settlement , you will automaticaly take part in the 2nd round(coinbase)  |

what i don't understand, why don't the lawyers focus on the so called wiped servers and stolen coins that were transferred to coinbase and poloniex, try to get that back, transfer it in usd and ask 20%, they will make more money .and everybody would be happy
The Lawyers are going after Coinbase. As far as Polo I read somewhere in the Lawyers documents that they are aware, however I haven't heard anything since. and will that help with our results? lets say they get the coins back, will we still get our btc/altcoin or will we get some of the usd that was worth it that day? There is no way to determine, in advance, how many Class Members will make claims from the Net Settlement Fund. Class Members who do not submit valid claims will not share in the proceeds of the Net Settlement Funds, but will nevertheless be bound by this Settlement.
Price of 1 bitcoin at November 1, 2015 was about 250$ if i am correct, if there will be payouts? Its based on historic prices from 2015 till payment day (min 30% and extra fee) Its somewhere written in a documents |

It's amazing the transition. If I'd lost 5 BTC with cryptsy I'd be out around $75,000 USD today. The 110,000 xrp I lost are now worth $358,600 USD today. Same for many other coins I'm sure. In all the Lawyers Documents, and this thread, I've never heard how much or what happened to the Ripple. I also lost xrp with a total value above 200k, the laywer didnt replied on the mail with th wallet of ripple from cryptsy. Xrp is centralized so al user can be identfied?? |

It is incredible how big names in the crypto world can just run away... People is still the weakest link in the chain and even though currency is decentralized everything is still based on trusting someone
Look fincen is acting in 2014 on ripple ? document of a fine for not registering at fincen? https://www.coindesk.com/fincen-fines-ripple-labs-700000-bank-secrecy-act/ it looks like a registering is the key word at fincen, so cryptsy was ok according them. |
